3rd person POV
It was early in the morning, (L/n)-chan was walking drowsily dragging her legs to the gym because she really isn't a morning person.
"Oh (L/n)-san, Ohayo." She turned around to the voice that greeted her, it was Kageyama.
"Ohayo, Kageyama-kun." She yawned after greeting Kageyama.
"Are you ok?" He asked in concern
"Yeah I'm fine just a little sleepy." (L/n) smiled at him to make him see she's alright, he then blushed at the girl's smile.
When (L/n) stepped into the gym, she felt energized by the atmosphere and didn't feel sleepy anymore.
She sat at the bench to change her shoes and did some warm ups to help the boys.
"Good morning Kiyoko-san~." (L/n) turned her head to Tanaka as he greeted a beautiful lady which most likely the manager. When she got in, Tsukishima and Yamaguchi went in the gym as well.
Some warm-ups later
"All right! Let's start practicing!" (L/n) said with confidence and a soft smile on her face.
Your POV
"Hey do you guys need a help?" I asked Hinata and Kageyama to test how their teamwork is going.
"Yes!" They said without hesitation, "A-All right but I can't really help you guys the whole time. I need to help those two as well." I said while pointing at the other two while their warming up.
"S-Sure." They replied with a sad-like tone and glared at the two.
I got close to the net, waiting for Hinata to spike. Hinata threw the ball to Kageyama for him to toss the ball back to him to spike.
Kageyama tossed but it was to high for Hinata to reach.
"Hinata-kun try to jump a little higher and Kageyama-kun try to toss the ball directly to the spiker's palm like this." I went across and gave Kageyama the ball to throw to me, set to Hinata and let him spike.
When he threw the ball to me, I tossed the ball perfectly to Hinata's palm and he smashed the ball to the ground.
"See, just like that." I said, not minding that everyone's looking at me.
Yamaguchi's POV
"Oi (L/n), help me block will you." Tsukki said with a irritating voice to (L/n)
"All right! Yamaguchi!" I flinched when she called my name.
"Y-Yes?" I stuttered in reply
"Can you toss to me?, it doesn't matter if its too short, too long or too high, I can still get it."She said, I nodded in reply
"All right let's go!" She threw the ball at me, I calmed myself down and tossed it to her.
It was a good toss, (L/n) spiked but she was blocked by Tsukki.
3rd person POV
"Nice block Tsukishima-kun but make your arms more sturdy because if I used my full strength it might hurt your arm a little. Yamaguchi-kun that toss was great but a little too high but its all right." She smiled brightly that their improving.
"(L/n)-san! Teach me how to receive properly!" Hinata shouted so she can hear him.
"O-Okay" she replied
10 minutes later
(L/n) stopped practicing with them and was tired of changing who to practice with, while she was drinking water the four players went up to her and asked.
"Um (L-L/n)-san we were wondering." Yamaguchi and Hinata started, she turned around
"Why are you helping this two?" Exclaimed Kageyama and Tsukishima, then glared at each other.
"Huh? Why not this is just a tryout tho, if you lose you can't join the club? That's not how it works, I'm helping all four of you to be worthy enough to join. You guys don't want to leave right?" She gave a sweet smile and all four of them looked away so she can't see them blushing.
