Burn the floor

I woke up this morning earlier so I could give myself some time to get ready unlike yesterday. I sat up in bed and grabbed my phone off the side table and went to my messages.

Kev: hey , I've managed to get you some tickets to see burn the floor if you still wanted to come and see it ? X

Stacey: really ? Omg yes !thank you so much ! When ? X

Kev: tonight at 7pm if that's okay . A bit late notice , I know but I tried 🥴😄

Stacey : no that's perfect ,I wasn't planning on doing anything in particular anyways . I will come x

Kev: ok cool , just turn up and say that your with me and they should know who you are because I've already told them then they should let you in 👍🏻

Stacey: okay thank you sm ! See you tonight then x

Kev: see ya

I spent the rest of the day just looking around the local area and doing a bit of shopping whilst I could. It wasn't as busy today as it has been for the past two days which I was happy about and so far no sign of you know who ....

After a few hours of shopping and eating food (what a mood) I went back to the hotel and got ready to go out tonight. I decided I was going to get dinner after the show as I had a late lunch and wasn't really hungry right now . I decided to actually make an effort with what I was wearing tonight and wore one of my new outfits that I bought . I got dressed and then made my way out the hotel and caught a taxi to the venue.

Once I got there I made my way inside and they told me where I was sitting . Luckily everything was fine and there was no hassle with getting in because if there was then who knows what I would have done . There was about 10 mins till it started so I used the time to message Harriet quickly. Soon the show started and my god I was in love with it . The dancers are just incredible! I mean especially Kevin but we all knew that he was an amazing dancer from watching strictly but he was even better in real life . I genuinely couldn't keep my eyes off him ......
there was a small break but just before they went on again I saw him notice me from the side of the stage and he gave me a little wave . My god he was cute. I sound like a right fan girl here but generally though . The rest of the show carried on and then it came to the end .

Just before I got up and left I got a text from him asking to meet him backstage so I did . Someone showed me where to go so followed them and they knocked on his door for me .
He opened the door and gave me a hug . "Hey Stace , so what did you think of the show ?" He smiled and shut the door behind me and I went and sat down on the sofa and he came and sat down next to me "No joke I absolutely loved it ! You were all incredible! "
"Are you Just saying that because you have to as I'm here ? "
"No I'm being serious!"
"Yeah yeah what ever " I could tell that he was trying not to laugh . I smiled and shook my head , shoving him playfully "oh be quiet " we both laughed.
"Well thank you and thank you for coming"
"Np and thank you for inviting me " at this point we were both looking Into each other's eyes . I've never felt this way before ... He probably didn't even like me in that way though but I really had the urge to Just kiss him but before I could say anything he took my hands and did exactly that . I didn't pull away , I didn't want too . But obviously sooner or later we had too and I smiled at him .
"Would you like to go out for dinner after this ? You can choose the place "
he wanted to take me out for dinner , now I'm glad I didn't eat earlier .
"I would love that " this May be one of the best days I've had in absolute ages
He got got up and then helped me up
