"I think that going on patrol tonight may clear your head a bit" Tikki suggested.

"I was just thinking that. but i won't stay out to long or go too far. Tikki, spots on!" Marinette replied

Ladybug POV

oh how I love the feeling of the air at night. I've actually missed it. i was hoping that Chat Noir wouldn't come out tonight since i know he'll just ask me questions about last time or just flirt with me.

after sitting for a while i just felt like changing where i was. i didn't know where i was going but i just swung building to building until i recognised a ship. it was Luka's place. damn. Tikki will definitely say something. i then noticed Luka on deck. i could faintly hear him playing his guitar. i wanted to be able to hear it better so i sat on the railing. 

it was beautiful. i'd never heard him play this one but i got so drawn into it.

"this song was actually for a special someone" his voice made me jump. he chuckled and turned to face me.

"u-uh..hi" was all i could say. he smile and gestured for me to come onto the ship and i did.

"so...what are you doing here?" he asked placing his guitar on the side.

"i was on patrol and i heard your song. i just couldn't help myself" i replied.

"oh it's fine. it's not exactly finished anyway" he said

"you said it was for a special someone?" i questioned. he nodded.

"yeah. she's really special. you actually know her. really well" he said. i raised a brow.

"i do? what's their name?" i was now getting curious but then i knew that he must have been talking about me.

"you know Marinette right?" he asked. i nodded. my heart was thumping against my chest. it started to beat faster when he began stepping closer to me.

"well. i did want her to be the first one to hear it. but technically, she did" he chuckled. i was so confused though. but then it hit me and that caused me to step back a little.

"w-what do you mean?" i stuttered.

"i kinda saw you de-transform when i came over yesterday" he explained. i was in shock. But...at the same time, for some reason, i didn't feel too worried about Luka knowing about my identity. however if it was someone else from school...that would've been a real problem.

"Luka. you have to promise me that you won't tell anyone. not even the others! i told him. he nodded. "i won't tell anyone. you have my word" i smiled and hugged him which he returned. from a distance i could see Chat Noir jumping a few buildings. i saw this as my time to go back home.

"hey. I've gotta go. i'll see you tomorrow" I told him. he nodded and gave me a kiss on my cheek before i swung back home. i felt myself smiling all the way back.

Chat Noir POV

"What was she doing there?" i whispered to myself. i saw her with Luka on Liberty. then she left. seems like she's not gonna stay out for patrol. she has been acting odd for a whole but i'm guessing it's to do with what she told me earlier today. i'll try talk to her the next chance i get.

with Marinette

"I'm so sorry that someone found out my identity Tikki" she sighed.

"don't worry Marinette. your not the first Ladybug to have someone discover who's behind the mask. i'm just glad it was an actual friend of yours and not someone from school" she replied. Marinette chuckled. "that's exactly what i was thinking.
