"ok. it's time to get you ready for your date" said Chloe sitting Marinette down on her bed and began rummaging through her clothes.
"Chloe! I-Its', not a date. and besides, I still have a few hours till he's coming to pick me up. surely there isn't any rush. Chloe stopped for a moment and stared at her for a moment. then she just went back to looking through Marinette's clothes. Marinette sighed and rolled her eyes knowing what that look meant. She just decided to let Chloe do her thing. She got up from the bed and placed her purse on the table sneaking a cookie inside for Tikki to eat.
"Ok I guess you're not gonna listen to me then" she huffed
"oh, I heard you Marinette. what you need to know is that this is totally a date and that's why I'm here to doll you up to look perfect!" Marinette rolled her eyes but smiled at Chloe's thoughtfulness in helping her out.
"you do know that we're just going to a concert right? it'll be dark most of the time so what I wear doesn't really need to be perfect"
2 hours later
"beautiful" Chloe exclaimed clasping her hands together as Marinette came out of the bathroom. "I believe I've don ea perfect job don't you think?"

"well, to be honest, I actually really like it. d-do you think that Luka will?" Marinette asked as she admired herself in the mirror.
"duh! of course, he'll like it! in fact, he'll love it. I mean he has to" Chloe replied as she checked her nails
"well, he'll be here soon..." Marinette got her purse and quickly allowed Tikki to fly in going unnoticed by Chloe.
"Marinette dear! someone is here for you!" Marinette's mother called from downstairs.
"Coming!" she called back.
"well, this is it. you have fun. I'm going to go home and have a nice massage" said Chloe before she left the room.
Luka POV
"So you make sure that you have here no later than 10:30 alright?" said Tom. I nodded. "no need to worry. I'll have her home on time"
I suddenly heard someone coming downstairs. my heart started to race a little but then it calmed down when I saw that it was only Chloe. "where's Marinette?" I asked
"Oh, she'll be down soon enough. and believe me. your totally in for a surprise." she replied as she reached the bottom of the stair and made her way to the door. "I'm going now. Bye Mr and Mrs Dupain-Cheng. Enjoy your date Luka" was all she said before leaving and going into the Limo which I had seen before coming in here.
I waited about another minute till I heard Marinette's door open and she walked down. it felt like as if the whole world stopped and she was the only one moving. she looked so beautiful I don't even think music could fully describe how she's making me feel. never in my life has my heart beat this fast because of a girl.
"Hey Luka" she greeted, her voice sounding like a beautiful melody
"Hey Marinette" I greeted back holding my arm out to her which she took.
"Marinette darling, you look stunning" her mother complimented.
"thank you" she replied. "I'll see you guys later," she said giving both her parents hugs before taking Luka's hand and leaving the bakery.
15 minutes later
Marinette and Luka had arrived a bit early but there were still lots of people in the stadium. Two rows behind though, was Adrien, Alya, Nino and Lila. none of them noticed each other though. Tikki and Plagg noticed though. the sensed the presence of each other. Tikki was worried but thought as long as Marinette doesn't see them she'll be able to enjoy her date in peace.
a while into the concert
"hey Luka, i'm going to the bathroom quick. i won't be long!" Marinette yelled over the music. Luka gave her a thumbs up to show that he heard and went back to listening to the music. however, Lila noticed that Marinette was leaving and she thought that this would be the perfect time to put her plan in place.
"hey guys, i'm going to the rest room" she said. the other nodded and Lila quickly hurried off. she wasn't really going to the restroom. she was going home. why? well this was all a part of her plan.
a while later
"that concert was amazing. i'm really glad you took me out tonight" Marinette said with a warm smile
"so am i. maybe we can do this again sometime?"
"I'd like that" she giggled. they heard the horn of the Limo that was ready for them outside and they made their way out of the building hand in hand.
meanwhile...
Lila POV
this is perfect! now i just need to make sure my perfect acting face is on. everyone will be shocked tomorrow when they see the awful state i'm in because f that blue headed brat. no one will like her even her her new friends. i'm a genius!
