Mijo's POV
I got home with Aunt Vans she said I should bought already a phone in case something happened here or at least I can contact with her easily. As we drove home I can't stop noticing that my Aunt can stop tapping at the steering wheel nervously.
"Aunt what's the matter?" I asked
"Nothing" she said
"Come on Aunt you know I can read you like a book" I said
"Wow shouldn't I be the one saying that?" she said chuckling
"Well you can read me also like a book sometimes yah know?" I said
"Okay fine I'll tell you but please calm down" she said
"Okay" I said although I can't stop getting impatient
"Your dad and I talked last night and he said why don't you study here?" she said
"Oh! Aunt really?" I said as I was bouncing up and down on my chair
"So your not mad?" she asked
"I'm not mad but I'm sad how about dad?" I said
"He will be fine dear he's a strong guy" she said rubbing on my shoulder
"Yeah" I said
As we got on the garage I quickly hopped out of the car and told the girls about my dad's plans first they were sad 'cause we thought we were going to the same Uni. back in the Philippines but I guess things really change.
I quickly got upstairs and showered before Luke comes here I shouldn't be wearing too much attractive because I'm not going on a date. I scrolled through my closet and decided I'll be wearing a black colored shorts and loafers and my favorite camouflage shirt.
"Mijo Niall's on my phone!" I heard Aunt from the other side of my door
"You can come in" I said
She gave me her phone as I placed it on my ear.
"Hey Boo!" I heard Niall from the phone
"Hey Ni" I said
"So I'll be going there later yeah?" he said
"Oh well I'll be going for tonight Ni" I said sratching the back of my neck
"Oh with who?" he asked
Should I tell him that I'm going out with Luke or should I just tell a lie? If I told him I'll be going with out with the girls it will be easier.
"I'll be going out with Al and Val" I said
"Oh okay take care boo" he said
"You too Ni bye" I hung up before we get cheesy on the phone
I quickly got downstairs as I saw Luke's car was already at the garage as I looked for my Aunt I found her in the kitchen with Luke.
"Aunt where are the girls?" I asked
"Oh they went outside to go shopping" she said
"Oh okay we'll be going now" I grab Luke's arm as I pleaded him with the look 'Can we go now please?'
"Wait you can't forgot Kiwi" she said
"Aunt!" I said
"Who's Kiwi?" Luke said
"It's my little oxygen tank since I have a breathing difficulty problem" I said as we got out of the door and went to his car.
"Wait you have breathing problems yet you're smoking? I think you should stop that" he said looking at me
"But I can't stop smoking when I'm really stressed at" I said while holding Kiwi
"I'll help you" he said as he patted my hand I felt a tingling sensation when he touched me I though I only have this sensation to Niall now I'm more confused.
We drove around the city and corner as I kept wondering where are we going? I kept talking to him things so that the awkward silence stop I told him I got my phone and he put his number and I told him also I'll be staying here for good and he was happy he said so he can see me and he can teach me on my Math and Science problems I'm glad he likes those subject it's cute of him to act like a rock band boy and yet he's smart that's cute of him. Wait!?! Did I say he's cute!?! Mijo stop it this is not a date you and him are just going out!
"Luke where are you taking me?" I asked as I glanced through the window
"Something that we can't blame the city for being rude and where the stars will be lighting for us" he said
"Oh something cliche aren't we?" I said raising my brow
"Yep" he said popping the 'p'
As we parked through a parking lot I quickly saw a restaurant which I hope that my attire is fine by it.
"Hey are you nervous?' he asked
"Yes" I said while fidgeting with my fingers
"You don't have to" he said while squeezing my hand
"Okay" he got out of the car as he jogged throung my side and opened my door
"Thanks" I said
We both walked side by side as we were approaching to the reastaurant's door we waited for the waitress to come to us and assist us.
"Yes do you have any reservations sir?" the waitress said
"Reservationg for Mr. Hemmings" Luke said
"Oh! Right this way sir" she said
We followed her inside as some people glanced at us I was getting nervous again as my fingers started fidgeting again and Luke hold my hand giving me a squeeze to make me feel comfortable I squeezed his hand back as we were following the waitress to an elevator I heard some peoples whispering.
"Who is that guy with Luke?"
"Is that Luke's new boyfriend?"
As we entered the elevator I can't stop squeezing his hand hoping he will squeeze back.
"Hey you don't have to be so scared" he said squeezing me back
"I'm sorry" I said looking down at my feet
As the elevator dings i soon find that we were at the roof top and there was a table for two too much fancy if I may say I just hope that I don't lead him on and he knows I already have Niall.
