Dib was taken home after a few days in the hospital he was good as new his arm was healed and his head was too. but there was a light large scar on his forehead. But over all he was all better.
Ever since the incident, Gaz and Professor membrane have treated Dib a lot better. Gaz even changed her attitude she started becoming more chipper lately. She even started opening her eyes more.
As for Professor membrane he's been spending more time with his kids more than science inventions. And has become more respectable and supportive of Dib's paranormal hobby. He even started buying him new tools and building new inventions to help him with his studies.
Today Dib was well enough to go back at School.
Dib's POV
I felt so happy to be out of the hospital and back at School, I can't believe I actually missed it for once. Probably from being in the hospital forever.
I headed straight into Mrs.Bitters class, as I entered I saw Mrs.Bitters sitting on her desk looking grim as always.
"Welcome back Dib, now sit!" she ordered.
I immediately sat in my desk but as I did I notice Zim wasn't sitting in his. All of a sudden a student came into the class, but we didn't recognize him but he looked really familiar.
"Your in the wrong class weirdo!" Sara said.
"What are you talking about its me Zim."
The whole class and I stared in shocked. We recognized that voice anywhere, but I didn't understand how that was Zim. He must have upgraded his disguise. I felt disappointed now releveling Zim's alien form would be harder.
"Oh sorry Zim! we didn't recognize you for a second." Sara apologized.
He smiled, "It's ok." as he sat at his desk.
"all right now were going to learn some history." Mrs.Bitter said.
3 hours later...
It was lunchtime and I was starving, but I couldn't get my mind off Zim he looked so different from all the months I've been fighting him. I got my tray of food and sat next to Gaz immediately.
"Hey Gaz have you noticed something different about Zim today?" I asked her.
"Heck yeah! and that's not the only weird thing!" she exclaimed.
"Gir goes to my class, and he looks human too!"
I was shocked, Gir was a human too! Damn Zim's really stepping up his disguises to blend in with us.
"Dib? Gaz?" a friendly voice asked.
Me and Gaz turned are heads to see Zim and Gir standing next to are table holding hands.
Zim's POV
"So I see you've upgraded your disguise's Zim and Gir well I figure out a new way to reveal-"
"You don't have to Dib because I give up." I interjected.
Dib and Gaz froze with their jaws to the floor as if they saw a ghost.
"W-What?! why?" Dib exclaimed in disbelief.
"Because it's pointless now!" I said softly.
"So I want to make a truce with you and your sister, and I was wondering if we could be friends?"
Dib was stunned "Give me a sec."
He huddled with Gaz whispering intensely with each other. Gir tried to listen but I told him not to eavesdrop. Soon Dib standed up and looked at me intensely.
"This isn't a trick is it." Dib questioned.
"It's not i'm permanently like this now." I admitted.
Dib smiled and so did Gaz.
"Sure we can be best friends." Dib smiled, as he and Gaz made room for the boys. Gir squealed as he jumped next to Gaz which took her by surprise. As me I sat next to Dib.

10 Minutes later...
It was time to go back to class. I still couldn't believe this was happening, becoming best friends with my enemy and his sister. But overall I didn't really care it was good to start a new and better life and the best part was I had some friends.
"Come on guys let head to class!" Gir chirped. leaping out of his seat bringing his tray to the garbage to throw away the leftovers.
The rest of us followed close behind. For a odd reason I couldn't stop looking at Did it was very bizarre. It's just now that we were friends I felt different about him now. I shook it off, it was probably nothing. Maybe because I was didn't know what to think off him now that he was my friend.
"Hey Zim you ok." I heard Gaz ask.
"O-oh i'm just fin-EEEEK!!" I exclaimed as I slipped.
I grabbed onto Dib chest as I slipped, he then lost his balance and landed on his back on the floor with me on top of him.
"Zim are you ok?!" Dib bursted out in laughter.
I felt the heat of his body and joy of his laughter. Then a strange warm sensation in my cheeks came as I stared at the boy. I couldn't even move.
"Uh Zim? hello?" Dibs voice said as it snapped me out of my trance.
I shook my head and got off of Dib and helped him up.
"Sorry about that Dib." I apologized rubbing the back of my head.
"Its ok" He replied with a smile.
"Come on guys were going to be late." Gir called running to class Gaz at his heels. the lunch room was completley empty only Dib and Zim were inside
"You coming Zim?" Dib asked.
"I'll catched up." I said.
Dib nodded, running off to class.
I had no idea what I was feeling at that moment was it pain, fear or......I felt like a brick just hit me in the head as I felt my heart beat a mile a minute.
"Oh my god......this can't be....."
