The Curse of Clark's Island

She watched the boats go by from her top porch. Some went slow past her view, some went at full speed. Kelly and Rachel were out tanning on the surfboard. Kelly's bathing suit had red stripes for the top and white polkadots on the bottoms. Rachel's was a black one with white stripes on the top and bottoms. The Captain John and Tails of the Sea, 2 whale watching boats roared by the Buglight, A lighthouse just off the coast of Plymouth. Sarah got up and pick some raspberries from a bush nearby. She ate the two dozen raspberries with her lunch, a ham and cheese sandwich. Kelly and Rachel jumped off the surfboard into the deep tropical water. The sun glistened on the water making it a bright electric blue. Rachel and Kelly swam into shore. Rachel did the breaststroke while Kelly rushed into the butterfly. They laid in the soft warm sand and then slowly stroked back out. Sarah watched the whole time. Alison and Henry walked back to the house hand-in-hand from a picnic on the west side of the island. their spot for the picnic gazed over the water from a very steep point of the island. looking out from that spot you saw the town of Duxbury Massachusetts. Sarah watched them walk up the grand staircase to Alison's room. Sarah sat there bored, strumming the strings on her acoustic guitar. Rachel and Kelly marched up the stairs to get dressed. Kelly came in and sang along jokingly to Mirrors by Justin Timberlake and Sarah picked it on her guitar. Later Dave Sarah's dad took them fishing. All six of the kids. Alison Henry Sarah Kelly Rachel and Jack. They caught two fish a striper and a flounder. They ate them for supper along with six lobsters that Jack had hauled out of his pots earlier. Grandma Grandpa, Alison, Henry, Rachel, Kelly, Jack, Uncle Zack, Uncle Dave, Auntie Nanci, Clint, Maureen and Sarah all sat at the dinner table and had a wonderful dinner as a big happy family.
