It's been three damn days now
I guess I have taken breaks to write these chapters but STILL it's been three nights of work and it's still not done
And I guess plotting and outlining took me an entire night
REFRENCE IN THE CHAPTER

Thomas POV
"What do we do?" I asked Patton again. "What are we supposed to do?! Who were those guys?! Why did they take Virgil?!""I don't know," Patton mumbled worriedly. "Those were the knights from Briar Palace. They've been roaming the forest for a while now. I didn't think they'd kidnap any stories. But then again, I haven't seen Emery in a while."
"Who's Emery?" I asked, slightly sidetracked now.
"No one important to you," Patton told me. "He's not a story anyways."
"Okay, but why'd they take Virgil?" I questioned again.
Patton stopped his pacing and sat down on a fallen pillar. The ruins were even more creepy now. Why'd they take Virgil?
"I don't know," Patton whispered, putting his head in his hands. I sat down next to Patton and rubbed his back gently.
"Is there anyone that might know?" I asked.
"Maybe Wylan..." He suggested. "He's close to us right now and he's smart."
"Let's go then," I decided, standing up and pulling Patton with me. "We'll figure this out and have Virgil back before we know it."
"Yeah, I guess you're right kiddo," Patton cracked a hopeful smile. "I'm sure Virgil is okay. It's probably some big misunderstanding."
"I'm not sure how to get to Wylan, so lead the way," I told him.
