jungkook was sitting on the couch, head resting on his hands as he stared at his phone in front of him. he needs to talk with her and tell her how he still wants to break their bond. he has to. he knows he won't be able to make her happy- at least not after literally exposing himself as he went on a tipsy rant the other day on how he's repulsed by his soulmate. there was definitely no easy way to do this. she's going to be hurt - very, very hurt. and he is already feeling the pain in his heart. but he has to do this.
rosie was on her bed, head buried in between her knees as she forced herself to stop crying already for the nth time. as she heard her phone ding, she grabbed it thinking it was either jimin or lisa, trying to get to talk to her. but she instead the name she wanted to see the least (yet the most) lit up on the screen. instantly, lisa's words echoed in her mind.
"maybe he changed his mind after seeing it's you."
maybe… maybe he did… was it wishful thinking? was it her most desperate wish? there's only one way to find out now.
