Chapter 11

Hey there guys/girls. How are you doing? I hope you're doing good. Again, I'm sorry for posting late again. I know I keep saying sorry and I'll try to change my update schedule. Anyway, without any more delay, let's get into the chapter.

It's been a few days since Ethan was kidnapped by the sirens. The base was in total chaos so Edward took temporary command and has been planning a rescue operation for Ethan.

In Ethan's office...

Edward was going over the plan with a few of the rescue team members.

Edward: "Okay, so here is the plan. First, Enterprise's team will attack the base. While they're busy fighting, my team will go behind enemy lines and rescue Ethan. After we rescue him, we rendezvous with Takao's team at the south side of the island and head back. So, are there any questions?"

Enterprise then raised her hand.

Enterprise: "Sir, may I ask who will join your team?"

Edward: "It consists of me and a few other soldiers. We need all of you to distract the sirens while we rescue him. Understood?"

Enterprise nodded in response. Suddenly, they heard a knock on the door.

Edward: "Come in."

The person then opened the door and it was Belfast.

Belfast: "Master Edward, all the preparations are ready. Waiting for your command."

Edward: "Okay. Enterprise, go to the docks. I'll follow shortly."

Enterprise nodded and went to the docks.

Edward: "Well, I guess I should get going too."

Edward was just about to leave when Belfast grabbed his hand and gave him a kiss on the cheek.

Belfast: "Come back safely, Okay?"

Edward: "I will." he said as he kissed her hand.

At the docks...

Everyone was busy talking to each other before the operation. They then noticed Edward coming in and they all fell silent. They then gave him a salute.

Edward: "At ease. Now I know that these past few days have been a total disaster because of the sirens attack and with commander Ethan getting kidnapped has made it worse."

Everyone was silent listening to Edward's words.

Edward: "I'm not gonna say much here. Let's just get our commander back and give them a hell of a beating. Who's with me?!"

Everyone: "Yeah!!"

After hearing the speech, they all went to rescue Ethan.

At the Sirens base...

Ethan was strapped to a machine and was experimented on. All the experiments left him exhausted. The room he was in had sentries in it to prevent him from escaping. Suddenly, someone entered the room where Ethan was being held captive.

Observer: "Hello there commander Ethan. How are you feeling today?"

Ethan: ".... You....."

Observer: "What's that?"

Ethan: "Screw you!"

Observer: "My my, someone has a bad tongue. Maybe a few jolts of electricity will change it."

She then pressed a button on the machine and electricity came out of it and shocked Ethan.

Ethan: "Aaahhhh!" he yelled out in pain.
