C H A P T E R F I V E

I wake up a few hours later on my bedroom floor. I sit up and look around, how did I get up here? I don't remember even falling asleep. I just shrug and stand up and look at myself in the mirror, ugh, I look horrible. I go into the bathroom across the hall and take a shower. Then I go back into my room and get changed, I'm wearing black ripped skinny jeans and a black lace top and black knee high convers. Then I realize how boring my hair is, just brown. So I go over to the bathroom, and luckily I found some black and blue hair dye. I dye my whole hair black and make my tips a bright blue. After I cleaned up the mess, I brush my teeth, then do my make up, I put on eyeliner and mascara. Then I go back over to my room and jump onto the bed and get onto my phone. Then I hear a knock on my door. "Come in" I shout, and Amber walks in.

"Alexis, you need to start packing, its Monday, and if we want to get back into town by sunset then we need to live asap" she says and I realize she has her suitcase and then she walks downstairs. I sigh and get up and grab my suitcase and start shoving all my clothes, make up, books, pretty much everything I brought with me up here to the lake house.

Once I finished packing I go downstairs and realize everyone was already down here, even Luke, Vicky, and Jakob. "What are you three doing here?" I ask.

"We need a better place to live, and this is our pack, all of you, so, we're coming with" Luke says then walks outside and jumps into the back of Hannah's truck, followed by Vicky and Jakob. Hannah grabbed her bag and followed them out the door and got into the truck. 

"I think I'm gonna ride with Hannah" Jillian says and gets into the passenger seat. I grab my suitcase and walk out and get into the passenger seat next to where Keira was sitting. Then Amber and Clara get into the back, Leticia goes into the back of Hannah's truck with Luke, Vicky, and Jakob, and Keira gets into the drivers seat of her car. Then we leave the lake house and head to town.

Once we get there, Hannah goes to drop everyone home and she goes home herself. Then amber squeezes her way in between of me and Keira. "So, slumber party at my place, Alexis, you have to come, and Lizzy and Elizabeth are going to, and so is Clara, we have room for one more person"she says. Keira shakes her head, as in saying no, she's not going. "Fine then, suit yourself" Amber says then goes back into her seat. Keira takes us to Amber's house then drives away, Lizzy and Elizabeth were already there.

"I already ordered the pizza, Lizzy brought the alcohol, now we just need to get inside" Elizabeth says as Amber walks up and unlocks her house door and walks inside. I go inside as well, followed by the others. Unlike everyone else, I've been over here plenty of times, so nothing is new to me, but to the others, her house must be shocking, its two story, the kitchen is huge, and theres 5 bedrooms upstairs, and three bathrooms, not including the ones in the rooms, then her yard is huge, with a huge ass swimming pool out there, and a hot tub, so everyone was pretty shocked. It does explain all the expansive clothes Amber has, for example, shes wearing white skinny jeans with a gray black top and black lettering that says "We ride together, We die together", and then shes wearing her black and white floral heels, with diamond hoops and a nose piercing. To be truthful, I spend most my time here, ever since her brother and parents moved out, I guess I'm sort of still moving in. She said I could, I just never brought any of my stuff.

Amber throws her purse on her couch and grabs the alchohol from Lizzy and puts it in the kitchen then comes back. "Clara, go turn on some music" she says and falls backwards onto her couch. Clara nods then goes and turns on the radio next to Amber's flatscreen T.V.

We all ate pizza, drank alchohol, told scary stories, watch movies, then eventually we all passed out in the living room. Then I woke up, I heard a crash from the kitchen. I get up and walk over there, not being able to see anything, since somehow the lights went out. I quickly grabbed a knife and slowly looked around. Then all I could do was scream.
