It was their first date—well, if you don't count the 'not date' date they had years ago. But Jungkook didn't count those as dates, seeing as they weren't dating so to say.

But today was it. The first official date Taehyung and Jungkook went on. It was over a month after the café talk that they had, and since then texting and calling was their main way of communication. Jungkook lived in Korea, and Taehyung lived in New York.

It was long distance, yes, but with Jungkook making his way up in his company, he was saving all the money he could to visit Taehyung.

Taehyung in this time was renting out a nice pre-furnished apartment after not being able to go back to his house after he killed Lucas. There were to many memories. To many feelings. All not very pleasant.

So, when Jungkook visited this time, Taehyung was almost all the way moved in to his apartment. It looked cozy and despite a few decorations missing, it was still homey.

Taehyung opened his door to Jungkook's knock on it, and immediately smiled sweetly.

"Hello, Darling." Taehyung smiled. Jungkook returned the gesture and walked in, backpack on his back. He had all the essentials in it since he was staying over at Taehyung's for a few days.

The younger hugged Taehyung, "Hey, Tae."

The other wrapped his arms around the boy's waist and kissed his neck softly, before Jungkook pulled back and looked at him.

Taehyung peeled Jungkook's backpack off of him and set it by the door, going back to hold the younger by his waist. "Did you have a good trip?"

Jungkook nodded, doe eyes melting into Taehyung's chocolate ones. "I did, thanks. I've missed you." The younger's hands slid up to card his finders through the older's black locks.

"I've miss you too, BabyBoy." The older kisses his cheek softly, "Are you ready for our little date?"

Jungkook giggled and nodded again, the fringe of his hair bouncing on his head. "Yes, sir. I've been looking forward to it."

Taehyung chuckled, releasing his hands from the younger's waist, but instead going to hold his hand, their fingers intertwining. "Well, I think you're going to like what I have planned. You might wasn't to go change into comfortable clothes though."

Jungkook flashed his bunny smile at Taehyung and agreed, grabbing his bag and going to the bathroom. He changed into soft maroon pajama pants a black tee, and white socks before going back out to Taehyung.

The older was putting a disk in his Xbox One and grabbing two controllers. Jungkook immediately smiled widely and plopped down on the comfortable couch with a little bounce.

Taehyung turned around and smiled at Jungkook, going to him and handing him a controller. "You think you can still beat me at OverWatch?" He asked cheekily as he sat down next to the younger.

"Oh I bet I can." Jungkook challenged, moving to sit on Taehyung's lap making the older laugh softly and wrap his arms around the younger's waist.

"You seem so sure. We'll see how confident you are when you lose." Taehyung smirked, only feeding Jungkook's ego.

"Hm, sure. Just watch me bear your ass." Jungkook smirked back, picking D.Va as his character.

"Hey, I always get D.Va." Taehyung complained.

"To bad." Jungkook smiled cheekily. Taehyung tsk'ed and picked Symmetra.

The two competed for who could get the most kills and win, resorting in many snarky comments and cocky busting. It was a good time, really. The two enjoyed themselves.

Later, the two were tired, Jungkook especially, but it was late for Taehyung too. The younger wondered if he had worked a lot that day.

Jungkook, in the end, ended up carrying a half asleep Taehyung bridal style to the bedroom and getting covering him with the blankets, as well as getting in bed after washing his face and all.

It was nice—climbing into bed with someone. That reassurance that if you had a nightmare, you had an instant comfort. The reassurance that they were there. That you weren't alone.

Jungkook liked that. He really never had that, but now he did. For at least the next four days and hopefully when they get more serious.

The younger hugged Taehyung close to him, kissing his forehead, letting his lips linger there for a few seconds. "Goodnight, Bubba." He whispered.

It was a few seconds later when a deep voice mumble back, "Goodni, Darlin'." Then the older snuggled closer to Jungkook, arms wrapping around his waist.

Jungkook smiled softly to himself let Taehyung tuck his face into his neck, the younger carding his fingers through the older's soft hair.

This was nice. So, so nice. Jungkook never wanted to leave. He could most definitely get used to sleeping with Taehyung in his arms. Or the other way around.

His eyes fluttered shut, listening to Taehyung's soft and even breath, a small smile gracing his lips as he drifted to sleep.
