So like the other day i got extremely bad anxiety all of a sudden cuz i got super scared ab smth and i could legit see my heart beating through my shirt like i thought i was ab to die and i felt like i was gonna cry and i started sweating and it was just so bad
like that doesn't happen super often but it does happen
but that time was bad so i thought "hmmm,,, could it be a panic attack? I should look up what a panic attack is like." And so i did
Turns out i have like 2 panic attacks every month but recently since school is out it's been pretty bad and i feel like it could happen at anytime
And it's all thanks to my dad😄😄
Pft and my mom wonders why i don't tell him "i love you" back
Anyways that's the reason why i'm not gonna be on wattpad cuz honestly i like texting you guys but it's kinda too much at the time and it's reaaallly overwhelming with other things going on rn
So yeah i'll be on here maybe once a week ish and i'll still text some of you but don't be mad if i don't reply to you it's just that some of you really like to text and i'm not really in the mood for going through a bunch of spam rn okay? Yeah don't get butthurt🙂👍🏼
Anyways that's an all i have to say and damn just talking ab this drives up my anxiety levels atm so that's fun
