3 weeks later it's the night before school starts and we're having our annual family end of summer barbecue.

Tony and Ondreaz came over, and it's kinda awkward between tony and I.

Tony took me to a party a week ago and we both drank a little bit and we kissed, I don't know why it's awkward though. It was a good kiss, atleast for me. I don't know about him.

My brother—nick, tony, and, ondreaz are all in the swimming shorts and are gonna go swimming after supper, I don't know if I will though, I don't really feel comfortable in my body to be in a bikini with ondreaz and tony to see.

I help my mom with making the appetizers, and the desserts. I make a fruit salad and my mom makes a Cesar salad.

"Hun, why don't you wanna go swimming?" My mom asks.

"I just don't know how I feel about my body."

"Baby, you're skinny, toned, you have a beautiful body, don't worry about what the boys think and you know nick, he'll be protective older brother if ondreaz and tony say anything"

"Okay, do you need anymore help?"

"No, go change into your bathing suit!"

I go upstairs and change into my bathing suit. I stand in front of my mirror for a minute. I can't believe I'm doing this. I go downstairs and outside. The first thing I see is tony turn around and stare at me. Ugh this is making me uncomfortable. I cross my arms and try hiding part of myself. Ondreaz soon looks at me to but he just goes back to playing football with nick and tony when he wasn't in a trance.

We soon eat supper and then we sit by the fire for a little while. The 3 boys decide to go in the pool. I sit with my parents and we talk for awhile.

Suddenly I feel tony(I think) pick me up and throw me into the pool. Ugh!

I hear the 3 boys laughing and look at tony angrily. "Really? I wasn't ready to go into the water!"

"It was nicks idea" tony says giggling. I glare at nick.

"It was funny" nick says

"No, I was not ready."

"I'm sorry mads" tony sighs and genuinely looks sad and feels sorry.

I sit on the side of the pool. Tony swims up to me "can we talk about the party?" He says as nick and ondreaz are out of the water again playing football. I nod, motioning for him to sit beside me.

"I really liked the kiss." He says looking at me. "I'm sorry I haven't talked to you much since, it's just, I didn't know if I scared you or anything, you know since we met 3 weeks ago."

"I really liked it too. You didn't scare me"

"Okay, that's good. So tomorrow morning I'll come get you and Nick if he wants and ondreaz will drive us to school"

"Okay" I smile and push him into the pool, he grabs my wrist, pulling me in with him. I giggle "hey that wasn't very nice"

"You did it first" he winks at me and pulls me in closer and kisses me again. I kiss back.

"Let's go for a walk" he says and gets out of the pool. He helps me out and we go out for a walk

"Where are we going?" I question him.

"There's this spot that I like going to. I've never brought anyone here"

"Oooh I'm special"

"Yeah you are" he says and looks towards me and grabs my hand

"I like you" I say

"I like you too"

When we get to the spot, it's a hill that over looks our neighborhood.

We sit there for awhile and talk, and around 9, we go back home.

Before I know it it's time to go to bed and I say goodnight to tony before going to my room, changing into my pjs and then texting him

Me:
Goodnight

Tony:
Your going to bed already:( I thought we could text more.

Me:
But I'm tired :/

Tony:
Okay, I guess, we could hangout tomorrow after school?

Me:
sure, it's a date!

Tony:
Date? Okay babe☺️

Me:
Goodnight Lopez, see you in the morning ☺️

Tony;
Goodnight Austin ☺️

I can't believe I said it was a date to tony. And he called me BABE.

I think he likes me, and to be honest, I like him too!
