The new girl || Tony Lopez

Monday morning, tony, ondreaz, nick and I drive to school together.

"Mom and dad are starting to calm down now." Nick says.

"Well, I'll talk to them after school"

"Okay.. I'll be there with you" nick says.

"Actually nick, I think it should be tony and I. Since, you know, it's our baby"

"Okay"

We get our coffees and then go to school.

"Baby, I need to go to the restroom" I say. Looking at tony. I haven't seen where they are yet.

"Mrs Vaughn, may I show madi where the bathroom is? She doesn't know because she's new and she doesn't use school restrooms"

"Yes you may. Come back right away"

"Okay" he says and we both get and and he leads me out of the class. Once we get out he looks at me. "What's wrong?"

"I think I'm having some morning sickness."

"Okay, well in that case maybe you should go home."

"But you won't be there. I need you there baby."

"How bout, we go talk to our career consellor and talk to her about online. Just for this year while your pregnant."

"Okay fine." I agree because I can't go to school with morning sickness. "But first, I need to go throw up" I say and run into the bathroom, tony follows me and holds my hair up.

About 5 minutes later I sort myself out and we go to the career counsellor and talk with her. We tell her our situation and all of what's going on and she agrees that online would be good. She tells us to just clean our lockers out and she will get all of our stuff approved to go online so we should just go home and she will call tony when it's all figured out.

We go clean out our lockers then go home.

We tell his mom what's going on and she agrees it's probably the best idea.

I lay on the couch beside tony while he plays video games.

"Baby how you feeling?"

"I'm okay. Little yucky but I'm fine."

"Okay"

"Can we go talk to my parents now?"

"Yeah sure" he says turning his game off and we go over to my house.

We go inside and my mom comes running to the door and hugs me "I'm so sorry baby. I shouldn't have kicked you out"

"It's okay mama"

We go to the living room where my dad is and he seems a lot better.

"Mads; I'm so sorry about how I acted. It's your baby so you decide what's best. And if you think that keeping it is the best idea, than your mom and I will be right there with you" my dad says looking at me emotionally.

I give him a tight hug and he rubs my back. "How's my princess been feeling?" He asks.

"I had a bit of morning sickness this morning at school. Oh, and I've decided to finish my year 11 online because of the morning sickness."

"Okay. That's fine. Anything you need" my mom says.

"Are you gonna come home?" My dad asks.

"I don't know. Tony's been really helpful with me not feeling great"

"Well, you can have tony whenever if your not feeling great of you can go to his house"

"I think I'm gonna wait a couple days and see, is that okay?"

"Of course. Take your time. We understand you may be uncomfortable around us right now." My mom says and rubs my arm. "If you two would like to come back from supper you are welcome."

"Okay mom, we will. But for now I think We're gonna go back to Tony's because his brothers coming over to talk about our living situation. They're letting us move into their basement suite."

"Oh. Okay" my mom says and both my parents hug us.

"Bye Mr and Mrs austin" Tony says as we go out the door and back to his house. Xavier is there already.

We go into his house. "Hey guys" Xavier says as he sees us.

"Hey bro" tony says

We talk about the basement suite, he shows us potential models, and let's us chose what we want, and paint colours.
