Chapter 25: The sadness never ends

I held on tight to the old, wooden ban sister, letting my mask slid off and I look beneath me. It had to be a few stories high. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't scared as shit.

Liz's POV

"Chris?!" Briar and I screamed. I ran towards him and Briar and started fighting, earning a few of the guys trying to break them up, but I was too busy trying to help him up, but god, this guy was monster heavy!!

"Liz..p-pull me up, h-help me!!" He screamed.

"I'm trying, Chris! Relax and pull your weight up!!"

I leaned over trying to pull him even more, but soon, my feet flew over my head and I was soon holding onto Chris's leg.

"OH MY GOD" We both screamed.

"HELP USSSS!!!!" I cried.

"AHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!" Riot screamed. Her fragile body flew passed Chris and I and she landed somewhere to make everyone go "oooohhhh!!"

"Briar did you push her?!" Balz asked.

"No!! I swear I didn't it was-"

"Me..." Brionna cut in.

"Now help me get Chris and Liz up!" She added and they all used their strength to help us up, when suddenly Megan and Lainey charged for us. I grabbed a gun from Maria and hit her in her head, out colding her and doing the same to Lainey. After they were outcold, we all looked at Brionna. I dropped my gun.

"Please explain..." Chris begged as he reaches for his injured leg.

"Well....Brianna and Megan are...sister in laws, Brianna is my cousin which makes Megan my aunt. We all lived together along with my family. We got tired off all of them trying to push us into being tattoo artists, that's all they ever cared about, my parents couldn't support what I wanted to be, so I ran away and Riot came looking for me and we basically just stuck around together, after we decided to not go back home.... I knew she missed Megan...when she saw her at Liz's funeral...that's weird to say...she almost ran towards her but I stopped her...." She explained.

"What did you two want to be?"

"Vets...."

I sighed and spoke.

"Well, now that that's over can we-"

Boomboom!!

I fell to my knees and heard faint gun shots and screaming. The pain in my back was burning and sending a sharp pain up my stomach. The sticky blood that dripped from my mouth, flowed to the floor, keeping me warm and sticky. I tried moving my neck and all I could see was Riot and Maria and Lyn-Z fighting Megan over the gun. Hows Riot up here? What the hell? I scanned to the other side of me and saw Ricky, Balz, Ryan, and Devin holding back Briar I could see her screaming and crying.

"Br...." Was all that could come out of my mouth, I was in too much pain to speak. I flipped onto my back and I coughed up more blood, and I looked up and saw Gerard lifting my arms, and Chris lifting my legs, crying his eyes out. Then the darkness invited me in.
