Chapter 22: TAKE BACK

I'm in here again, in the dome full of floating crystal balls. I tried to relax and study my surroundings.

Now that I'm fully aware of what this place is, what this place truly means to me. When the screaming started to hurt my head again, I try to concentrate and lessen its noise and its working!

Finally I could focus my attention to my surroundings not just on the screams inside my head. But the happiness is just short live when the shadows that are lurking on the dark parts of this dome is now slowly emerging to light.

"What do you want from me?" I ask them with enough courage I could master. I make sure that they couldn't see the fear building inside me.

"Simple, join us Desire you are last piece join us and everything you really wanted will be yours! Join us hahaha" says the shadows in unison with a gleeful demonic laugh.

I give them a deadliest glare I could master, they are still far from me. I'm in the middle of the room while there on the sides of the dome where light couldn't reach.  There are 5 shadows at-most but sometimes they are doubled or it is just a trick? I don't really know.

"Join you? Haha are you kidding me? You think I didn't know that you are those shadows that Vlad created to destroy the world? I'm not that dumb to fall on you trick and be controlled! And what do you mean by last piece?"

"Well, if you will just join us willingly we won't bother to control you but the moment you will fought and don't join us peacefully then we don't have any choice but to take you and your whole being forcefully as if you don't exist at all" they laugh and laugh as if this situation really amuse them and I'm getting really irritated by their mocking laughs arg!

They don't have any face at all! Just a normal shadows, full black in a shape a human but with a really red bloody red. Even though they don't have any mouth still their voice bounces inside this dome as if they are everywhere.

"Then I will fight to take this place again! To take back what is mine and I won't let you take anything from me again! Be controlled by you? Huh! That is not on my option. This is my sanctuary, my domain, my territory and I will make sure that you all will know that!" I shout at them angrily with full of determination as I slowly summon my energy, I'm inside. A place where my powers build up, so it is just easy to summon them just like breathing oxygen because they are just everywhere and I feel them.  

I don't know why I just feel them now, when they surround me from the very beginning and they are too heavy now that I feel they are begging to be release, to use to destroy anything that would try to harm me.

Maybe me become aware to what I am and my past trainings in the academy made me sensitive to my powers and this is the perfect time to use them and I will put them to really good use now.

" No choice them hehe" the shadows said and in an instant they come to me.

I immediately draw my powers and it come to me willingly in a form of brilliant gold like dust. I came unprepared when their body stretch and bind my two feet in place. They could stretch just like an elastic band, whoa its not fair I'm not quite aware of that! Yeah their shadows ok arg! 

I remember Sir Marcelo said that we could form our energies to any shape we want, and since I'm in my territory I can easily do that without any practice. I immediately imagine the gold like dust energy to form into a sword. I doubt I could easily do this in real world.

I hold the sword clumsily and try to cut the shadows that bind my feet because they are getting really close now and I need to create a distance to become really ready. Arg! Maybe I'm better off being controlled right? Ohh no no no Cleo! maybe your clumsy, don't know anything about this magic thingy but you can do this! Yeah stay positive Cleo even their are quite negatives hays
