The school is crowded, as usual. Nothing changed a bit, which is good because I don’t want to happen like that last time. Every classroom change their course so it became so confusing for me. I’m a slow learner actually, not a great smarty pants everybody expects of me.
I was walking down the hallway to my classroom when I felt a sharp pain on my shoulder. “Ooww!”
“Hey, Annie.” My heart skipped a beat. Only one person in the world calls me that and can hurt me on my shoulder. He liked to hit me like that to make me tough. Well, he really need to think I’m already tougher than I look.
I really need to look over my shoulder if he’s really there. “Andrei?!” I’m very surprised to see him today. I thought he went to Britain to study there and because his family was there. I ran to him then stopped because I almost hug him. So, I just ruffled his hair as usual, then he fixed his hair in annoyance. I love how he reacts when I do that. Anyways, I didn’t know what I was feeling. Happy? Surprised? Angry? Confused?
“Andrei! Wh-what are doing here? Why are you even here?” I asked
He started scratching his back of his head. “Well, I just want to spend one more time with you guys, especially after the accident.” Then he looks at me seriously mentioning that, like he’s asking me I’m really okay.
I sighed, “Oh come on, Andrei.” I started moving like a robot. “My body is 100 percent functional” He let out a small laugh. “Just be careful all the time, “he said. I smiled sheepishly.
