I nodddd and sat down,not caring if the bell was ringing.
Should I tell him?
Should I play hard to get?
Maybe I will give myself time.
"Jake" I said.
"Yea?" His eyes lit up.
"I need time.Could you leave me alone." I said without even thinking.
Really Vanessa?!
He stood there in shock.
Emotionless.
He walked away silently and I stood while the crowd passed by me.
Then I watched I man that I liked disappear .
*sign*
"Hey girl!" Mia exclaimed behind my back.
I looked at her and gave her a weak smile.
"Woah!What's up?Problem with Princey Lover?" Mia asked.
"Mia." I said in a warning tone.
She put her hands up in surrender and we walked to our classroom.
"Late Princesses!" Our horror teacher shouted.
"Sorry.." We both mumbled.
Then with that,I fell down.
I heard voices surrounding me mumbling.
"She is acting" a girl exclaimed.
"Fake"
"Are you okay?"
"Vanessa!"
"I will accompany her to the nurse..." a masculine voice said.
Jake.
"Very well."
I was lifted up carried bridal style.I didn't have the strength to open my eyes.
"Vanessa,you have fever." a concered Jake said.
"I will always be here for you Princess.Always.." he said with full of sincerity.
Then, darkness took over me.
After 2 hours
"You are awake" the nurse said.
I scanned the surroundings and I was met by a pair of familiar eyes.
Jake.
"Thank you Nurse Jolie , but I'm okay now.." I assured the nurse.
"Okay.I'll leave you two because I have another patient.." The nurse smiled and walked out.
"What are you doing here?" I questioned him while trying to stand up.
"No thank you Jake?Or I owe you Jake?" He asked and pulled his signature simrk.
"I can do it.Thanks." I mumbled and rolled eyes at him.
I stood up and fell.I was about to close my eyes and expect an impact but a pair of arms caught me.
"You needed me.." He said and winked at me.
Yup.I need him.Need to help me not for personal reasons.
Get a grip Vanessa!
"Let me walk you to your car because I know you can't walk properly.." He said and held his hand out for me.
