It had been about fifteen minutes since I had returned from the shower. Keres was most likely in another location by now. I was ready to do this. Slowly, I began to move the chair forward. Whenever I moved, a loud screech was released, so I had to move slowly and carefully. When I finally got the chair to a position over the knives, I slipped my hands from the ropes, which were now hanging from my wrists. I cut the ropes around my ankles with the knives. Now I was ready to strike. "Listen, I hate to do this to you guys," I called to the guards. "But I do have to um...relieve myself."

The door then buzzed. The knives felt heavy in my hands. Two thugs walked in with smug looks on their faces. I smiled. "I hate to do this to you guys, but..." In one swift motion, I stood up from the chair and threw the knives out at them. Both of them hit exactly where I was aiming and slit their throats. The guards fell backwards and soon bled stopped moving. "Sorry, just running on a tight schedule." I said as I ran and grabbed one of their guns. Hastily, I walked out of the door just before it closed. There was one guard still in the room. He was yelling into his radio very frantically. I shot him before he could get much out.

I thought I had covered everything. That I was safe for now. But a large red light taunted me from the table of dials and switches. Then the low drone of an alarm came over the intercom. "Der'mo" I cursed. I had to get out of this room right now before backup arrived. I stuck to the walls of the room and peeked out into the hallway. There was another offshoot for me to hide in, but I had to be quick.

Making sure my footsteps were silent, I tiptoed into the small offshoot. There was a single closed door, but there was a camera. I took the gun out and shot the camera. There was a suppressor on it, so it was very quiet, but not silent. The door in the offshoot opened slightly and one of the nurses that had been with me before I showered peaked out. She looked startled when she saw me. I put a finger to my lips and held up the gun, even though I didn't intend on shooting her. Yet, she still took out her radio. I raised my gun, but she put a hand up. "We are in the west quadrant," she whispered. At first, I didn't know what this had to do with anything, but then, the woman said into her radio, "I've spotted the prisoner. In the east quadrant in the stairwell between cell block B and C,"

I breathed a sigh of relief. "Thank you." I mouthed. She nodded and crouched down to meet my eye level. "Your friend is in the north quadrant in warehouse A just up there." She pointed to a set of stairs about 100 feet from us. I nodded at her and turned to begin my walk over to them, but the woman touched my shoulder before I could leave. "She's waiting for you." she said in a hushed and ominous tone. I looked at her to see fear dancing in her eyes. She was scared for me. People rarely worried about my safety. It's a nice change of pace when someone actually is.

I place my hand one hers which is still on my shoulder. "Can you do something for me?" I asked. The woman nodded, but looked puzzled. Send some kind of communication to S.H.I.E.L.D idf you can. I need back up and someone to come and retrieve us. Can you do that." The woman nodded firmly. "Thank you." I said. She smiled at me and then turned to go back into the room she had come out of. I then continued sneaking up the stairs. When I reached the top, there was a pair of large doors that lead to a parking lot like space. This whole time I had been in a basement? When I got outside, the fresh air was insanely pleasurable.

I didn't have time to gulp it in though. In the middle of the parking lot stood a large warehouse. Orange lights illuminated the outside of the facility. The parking lot was silent, but there was an eerie feeling about the place like someone was watching. I had a feeling that person was behind those doors.
