Chapter 42

Hayley is so close on finding all 7 packs, the twins are getting so big and just hit 9 months. Wendy temporarily moved with us after she cloaked herself from all locator spells after what happened in the hospital when the twins were born. She also helped me with Hope on her school studies and to control her powers. Wendy is still figuring out how to contain her powers, but Hope is stronger than her. Since Hayley is so close on finding the 6th and 7th pack she has been all over the US, sometimes I don't even know if she's home or not. And since the twins are born Aireen I mean Mom visit as once a month and helped us with taking care of the twins. Hope, the twins and I are in front of the airport, because she had to go home.

„Nana, I will miss you." Hope said after they hugged. She went up to me and I hugged her saying, „Thanks for coming, Mom. Tell Dad hey from us." when we pulled apart.

„I will, honey. Take care guys." she said while going up to the twins who were in the stroller next to me. She gave each of them a kiss on the cheek and then another kiss on Hope's cheek saying, „Oh gosh, I will miss you guys so much." and took her suitcase. She went towards the entrance when she quickly look back and waved to us.

„Let's go guys." I then announced before going to the car. Hope went up to her own car seat and settled in while I was putting the twins down.

„Hope, should we go to the mall?" I asked her when she excitingly nodded saying, „Yes, can we have ice cream?"

„Yes, let's go and get ice cream." I said and we drove to the Mall. After a long afternoon in the Mall we drove home when Hope fell asleep on the way there. Arrived Hayley opened the front door and helped me getting the twins and Hope inside into their own rooms. I then took our shopping bags from the car and went to the living room asking Hayley if she has any updates concerning the venom. She told me that she has 5th and 6th and already know where the 7th one is in Austin, Texas.

„I will go to Texas after Hope's birthday." She said.

„Okay, good. I could ask Wendy to stay here with the kids and I can join you." I said like every time she goes away.

„No, we talked about this." Hayley said and sat down next to me.

„I know I just want to mention it every time hoping you change your mind." I told her.

„I can't believe it, as soon as we have all 7 packs we can wake Freya up and then heal the others." I said.

„After 5 years, we did it." Hayley said when I shook my head saying, „No, you did. Thank you, Hayley." when she came closer and hugged me.

„For the next trip I will bring everyone with me" She then said.

„Okay, you should do that." I said when she nodded.

After we celebrated Hope's 7th Birthday the next day Hayley had to leave to Austin Texas. Weeks past and I was anticipating the return of my siblings, but Hope doesn't know about that, because Hayley and I thought it would be the best not to give her high hopes to see her father again. Hope is already sleeping and I just put the twins down somehow today they were whining a lot and just sucked every energy I had out of me. I was standing in the kitchen about to make myself a cup of coffee when I heard noises in front of the house.

„Before we go in, I haven't updated Blair yet about you awaken anyway. This is going to be a surprise." I heard Hayley saying. Wait a second ... I went towards the hallway and turned on the lights when Hayley opened the door and stepped aside. A tear rolled down my cheek when I see all of my siblings in front of the door when Kol stepped inside saying, „Surprise little sister." when I moved my finger on my lip saying, „Shh!" when suddenly Reign started to cry.

„Baby?" Rebekah asked when Hayley said, „Let's go to the living room." I vampire speeded to the twins room and took Reign out of her crib seeing Elias awake too telling them, „Of course you are awake too. Did your sister wake you up?" I placed Reign onto my left arm and took Elias with my right hand out of the crib and slowly went with them to the living room.

„Brothers and Sister may I introduce to you, Tyler Elias Mikaelson and Reign Nikolette Mikaelson." I said while coming into the living when both Rebekah and Freya stood up from the coach. Rebekah went up to me and took Elias from my right hand before hugging me and then Freya went up to me and took Reign before hanging me while the both of them where playing around with the babies I went up to my brothers and hugged each of them tightly.

„You did it Hayley." I said when I went up to her for a hug. „Where is Tyler?" Nik then asked when I looked down and said, „He is dead."

„I'm so sorry, Blair." Freya said when I shook my head saying, „It's been two years." when Elijah looked at the twins and I told them, „Yes, Tyler is their Father. I was a month pregnant when he died."

„Well, can I just say how I love the name of your babies, Nikolette. I hope with a K." Kol said to change the subject. „Of course." I said while smiling into the round.

„Elias as in Elijah, Nikolette as Nik and Kol, Reign as Rebekah, what about me?" Freya asked.

„I chose Reign not just because of the letter R, but because of the similar meaning to your name." I told her watching Niklaus taking Reign from Freya, „Reign as in Queen, Queen Mikaelson." he said proudly while looking at her.

„And I missed it." Rebekah said when she looked at me and saw the ring on the finger, „And you are married too." when I quickly shook my head saying, „No, I found this ring in Tyler's drawers after he died. He never proposed to me." She went up to me and hugged me tightly saying, „I'm sorry."

„No, it's okay. I'm fine. I have the twins, Hope, you all. I'm happy it just took awhile." I said when Rebekah sat down next to me and I put my head on her shoulder asking them what happened. They told me that after Freya freed Elijah, Kol and Rebekah they went back to New Orleans to get Niklaus where Marcel and their vampires took over the city. Marcel was right behind them and could stop them, but then he let them go.

„Dare I ask why you still have that?" Freya asked Kol. Elijah now had Reign while Nik had Elias.

„Just doing a favor for a friend of a friend. Now I'm ready for a bourbon." Kol said and stood up when I pointed to the kitchen.

„What is it?" Elijah asked and looked to Niklaus when he said, „Five years has never felt so long. My little sister is now a mother and have two beautiful children. Thank you for not abandoning me." when I smiled to him and Rebekah said, „Well, we did consider it. The vote was rather close." when I poke her on the side. She stood up and went up to Nik saying, „Let me hold her now."

„You okay?" Hayley asked then asked after Niklaus gave Rebekah Reign. „Oh, you mean considering the imprisonment, torture, and forced isolation?"

„For what its worth, I'm sorry. I can't imagine what you've been through." Hayley told Nik. Hayley stood up and went up to Niklaus when he said to her, „Well, I had moments of solace to sustain me. It's because of them I'm here now."

„So, does that mean you're ready to see your little girl?" Hayley asked when she stood up to take Niklaus hand and lead him upstairs.

„How was it?" Rebekah then asked me hearing Kol entering the living room. I gave her a questioning look when she said, „The delivery, you're still half vampire."

„Horrible, I had a natural delivery and believe me I'm not doing that again." I told her.

„They are beautiful." She said smilingly while looking to Kol who has now Elias who was sleeping and to Reign who also was sleeping.

„We are so proud of you, Blair." Elijah said and sat down on the armchair next to me. I took his hand and squeezed it saying, „Thank you."
