Chapter 41

Hayley took the witch while I took the twins back into my room. Luckily they were asleep when I put them down on my bed while Hayley took the witch on a chair and tied her up with some cables she took from machines in the hospital corridor.

„I'm going to text Wendy to keep Hope busy for a while." Hayley said when she went up to me and asked, „How are they?"

„Luckily they were asleep." I said while putting pillows around them.

„How is that possible? Dahlia and even Esther are dead, the witches once tried kill Hope. I thought they learnt they lesson." I said while turning to the witch.

„Who sent her?" I asked Hayley when she came closer saying, „There is only one way to find out."

Hayley tapped the witch on the cheek saying, „Wakey-wakey." watching the witch slowly recovering. She smiled up, Hayley stoop up and went behind her when she suddenly pulled her hair back and I went closer saying, „Who are you? Want do you?"

„Just because you left New Orleans doesn't mean the witches don't know that you were pregnant." She said.

„You didn't answer my question." I said when Hayley stepped aside and I slapped her.

„I'm a descended from Eva Sinclair." She said when Hayley and I looked at each other, „So you're here to take revenge by killing my new borns?" I asked her.

„I'd rather die than telling you anything." She said weakly.

„Right." I said and slapped her again so hard that she passed away.

„What should we do?" I asked.

„We kill her." Hayley said when I shook my head saying, „No, we have to find out if she's working alone or for someone or in coven and also if there are more witches after the twins."

„And I think I know how." I said when I wen to my phone and called Wendy telling her to come back. „Wendy can go into a person's mind and relive what they did." I explained Hayley. Few minutes later Wendy came saying, „I told Hope to wait outside." Hayley and nodded and left the room.

„I've never done this to a witch, before." Wendy then said.

„I know, Wendy but she wanted to take the twins away from me and I need to know why." I said when she nodded and went behind her.

„Take her hand." She said and I took the witches hand when Wendy put her finger on the forehead and closed her eyes and I closed my eyes.

She was on the cemetery in New Orleans and talking to someone who looked like Vincent. He was tall, had dark skin and dark hair whore a cardigan and faced a statue when he asked, „What do you want, Ann?"

„I need your help to find and kill the rest of the Mikaelsons." She said when he turned around and it was Vincent who started to laugh saying, „The Mikaelsons have fallen."

„But there's still a sister who is pregnant with twins" She said.

„They are far-far away and that should stay this way. They won't come back to New Orleans if we leave them." Vincent said.

„No, they all are the reason why Eva is dead!" She exclaimed.

„Enough Ann!" Vincent exclaimed and went up to her saying, „Leave them alone." when she stormed out of the cemetery and returned to an apartment.

In the apartment she tried a locator spell but couldn't find us, because we are cloaked, but then she started to research and found out that Wendy and I were friends and tried to locate her. Ann found Wendy, because she wasn't cloaked and found out that she lives in Atlanta. She drove to Atlanta and then saw me going shopping with her. She followed me back home and waited for the right moment which was when I gave birth to the twins.

Wendy and I opened our eyes the same time and I said, „We can kill her now, she acts alone."

Wendy nodded and left the room when Hayley entered the room and I told her what we saw when she said, „Okay, I'm going to handle her." when she slowly wake up and said, „What did you do?"

I went around her and said, „You can die now." and broke her neck.

„Get rid of her." I said and went back to the twins who were still sleeping. Hayley took her over her shoulder and left my room when I called for a nurse compelling her to bring me two beds for the twins. When she came back Wendy came in with Hope in her arms saying, „She fell asleep."

„Put her in my bed." I said and stood up watching Wendy putting Hope down.

„Wendy could you check the twins, especially Reign she didn't scream out like Elias did." I said when she nodded.

„Of course, I can." She said and left the room and when she came back she had some equipments with her to check the twins for any disease, etc.
