Chapter 7 : disturbing dinner

The past couple of days have been passing quickly , attending all of my classes business , literature and management . Caleb have been attending with me management and business of course , it turned out he was really a great and funny person , looks like I have misjudged hm .. Now I truly believe in ' don't judge the book from its cover "

"Kyle just texted me saying there's a party at his friend's house , wanna come ?" Jackie asked

"No thanks , I want to go for a walk around the city " I said

" But it's gonna be fun plus it's Friday night , don't you wanna do something " jackie said as she tried to pick up a short , reallllly short dress

"I'll pass " I stood up to pick out an outfit

" You don't even have a car " she said

" I will call for a cab " I rolled my eyes at her , which reminded me that I should get a car by tomorrow morning

The cab has arrived five minutes after Jackie has left , I ordered the driver to take me to the theatre and from there I would walk around .

the drive took about ten minutes , the driver whose name is Paul has asked me if I wanted him to wait for me , but I refused and gave him the fare and got out of the car

The theatre was crowded but i wasn't in the mood to watch a movie , I just walked around the shops and bought some dresses and clothes , some shoes and accessories anything to keep me entertained

my legs were no longer able to carry me , that's why I decided to walk into a fancy restaurant and have dinner rather than going back to the apartment and endure jackie's magnificent cooking skills

I was greeted by a beautiful young lady in her early twenties who escorted me to a table and handed me a menu to choose the meals from

as I started reading the menu , I was interrupted by loud voices coming from the table behind me ,they were laughing so hard that I could see that the people on the table around me where glaring at them

I didn't wanna look at them to prevent my self from getting up and shouting at them

again they kept on laughing and earning angry glances from the other Tables , but that didn't stop them , finally I turned around when I had enough , noticing four boys and 2 girls were sitting on that table , my eyes widened in shock which I realised who were they

jake , the annoying Megan and the two other boys whom I have always seen in business class along with jake and Megan , but I didn't recognise the other girl nor the other boy

I wanted to turn around before any of them could see me , but It was too late

Unfortunately and to my luck the one who noticed me was Megan , when she saw me , her eyes widened and stopped laughing " oh look who's here " causing all of the others to look at me

" keep it down " I hissed at her

" Why hello to you too " the other boy who walks along with them in business said which caused all of them to chuckle

" I am sorry , am I interrupting your date " Megan mocked with a smirk which made all of them to chuckle except for Jack and their two new friends which I have never seen before

" In the matter of fact , yes you are " I said in a mocking voice

" Oh my apologies To your invisible date " she tried to sound sorry in a mocking voice

" Megan " jake glared at her

" What " she looked at him puzzled that he has stopped her " it's not my fault that she is a lonely annoying stupid Bitc.." That's it , that caused me to stand up ready to tackle her here , at that moment in front of the people and not giving a damn about causing a scene
