~~~~ EILIJAH'S POV ~~~~

We made our way to the pack house, on my way there I could not get the raising thoughts out of my head, What happened with Rou and Rick? Do they have a past?

Moments later we finally arrived at the house, I got out of my car and told Dylan to take Chase to the pack doctor. I made my way to Rou. When she came in the light she was covered in blood. She turned off her bike and took off her helmet.

"You okay?"

'Yeah, im fine' She turned around to face me, her mouth was covered in blood and it trailed from her neck all the way to her chest and stomach area. Even as a crazy assassin she still looked beautiful.

'Can I use your bathroom? I kinda have to wash my face' She said gesturing to all the blood on her face. I let out a small chuckle.

"Yeah, come on I'll take you" I walked and she followed. I leaded her to my room to use the bathroom. There was little kids living in this house, and didn't want them to see the traumatizing image of her covered in blood. I opened to door to the bathroom and we stepped in.

"Why didn't you want me to go with you?" I asked trying to figure out if she really cared or if it was the mate bond.

She began to take off her corset and unzipped the upper pice of her suit, leaving her with only her sports bra. Even in this state my wolf wanted to take her but couldn't, I was having a war with my wolf I was about to loose control when she snapped me out of my gaze.

'Because I didn't want you to bet hurt'  I gave her a questioning expression. She doesn't need to worry about me am a werewolf and not just any. Im an alpha.

'And because I didn't want you to find out I was,  AM the Shadow Demon' She said while turning the water on and began to wash her mouth.

"Why didn't you kill me when you told me?" She looked up at me in the mirror

'Because I only kill senselessly.... I kill with a purpose. I only kill to protect an separate this world from the humans that is it'. She said continuing to wash her mouth and neck.

"Do you care about me?" I finally decided to ask her the question I wanted to ask since the beginning.

'What?' She looked back at me.

"You where trying to protect me when im the one who should be protecting you". I wanted her to know that I worry get her safety. I was not going to let her die. Again.

'Because you're a nice guy and dot get to attached to me. It's not good for you'

"Im sorry I can't"

'What do you mean you can't ?'

"I just can't" She let out a growl and gripped the counter of the sink digging her nails in it. Her eyes changed to a deep bloody red with a thin line of gold surrounding her eye. I looked down and saw the skin on her lower back turning red on the shape of where her tattoo would be. Seeing her in pain killed me

"Rou im so sorry I know it hurts and im sorry for what I have to do" I grabbed her waist and turned her around to face me. I grabbed the back of her neck and crashed my lips to hers. A small moan escaped her lips and I took that chance to slip his tongue inside exploring her mouth deepening the kiss. Her hands traveled through my stomach, touching every detail making their way up to the back of my neck. A small moan escaped my lips my wolf howled inside. He took over and grabbed the back of her thigh picking her up on the counter. A smirk came across her face and I began to kiss her jawline down to her neck. I licked and nibbled on her sweet spot which caused her to wrap her legs around my waist and pull on my hair. I smirked at her reaction. I touched touched every part of her back and went down and gabbed her bottom pulling her closer to me. I could feel my claws coming out, I fought with my wolf gaining control again.

"I have to stop, because I will take you right here and i cant do that"

"Rou, you're my... You're my..-". She cut me off before I could finish

'Mate. I know I just figured it out' Wow that was fast. She didn't take it so bad as I thought she would.

'And Rochelle Ford, its not my real name'

"Whats your real name?"

'You really want to know?' She looked back at me with a face of disbelief.

"Yes I do you are my mate, what kind of mate would I be if I didn't know my own mates name"

"So what is it?"

'Its Kauinohalani Moreland'

"I have no idea how to say that, im sorry"

'Its fine just call me Naí, not even Ian can say it'

"Oh alright then, and I'm guessing that Chase is Ian"

'Wow handsome and smart, how did I get so lucky?' I let out a small laugh at her stealing my own lines.

"Using my own lines against me, clever, smart girl"

'How did you get so lucky getting stuck with a phsyco, crazy hunting beautiful girl like me?' She giggled and looked at me, I put my hands on her face cupping it.

"No, not stuck, gifted, phsyco crazy hunting girl YES but not stuck. Im lucky". I said giving her a small kiss on the lips.

~~~ Naí's POV ~~~

"Do you have some clothes I can borrow?" A smile grew on his face which caused me to smile.

'Yeah, hold on'

I got off the counter and took off my boots and the lower part of my suit. Leaving me with my boxers and sports bra.

"God I really need to take a shower"  I whispered to myself.

"And to wash my suit."

The door opened but it wasn't Eilijah's scent it was someone else's. The bathroom door opened and there was a girl there.

'Who the fuck are you and what are you doing in here slut?!' Oh hell no who the fuck does this bitch think she's talking to?!!

'You need to get out of this room before i whoop your ass!'

"Im going to give you one chance to apologize. It you don't ill rip your heart out" I was beyond pissed. And was ready to kill this bitch.

'Bitch im not going to apologize, get out of my house!!' She said throwing a punch. I ducked and shoved her on the wall, my left hand ripped through her skin and grabbed her heart. I was about to rip it out.

'NAÍ NOOOO!!!' Eilijah screamed. I turned back to look at him and my eyes softened at his shocked expression.

"I should have known better" I took my hand out of her body and she fell to the floor.

I grabbed my stuff and left his room. He screamed out my name to wait but I was done. My eyes began to water as I made my way downstairs. Nobody was there and my guess is that they all went to sleep. I made my way to my bike and drove off to my house.

When I entered the house everything was fixed. Megan must have fixed it. I went to my room and threw my stuff on my nightstand and headed to the shower. I turned both the cold and the hot water and just went in. I sat on my knees on the tub floor. I let out a storm of tears watching as all the blood on my body just washed off.

I should have known better than to trust people, and to think for a second I actually thought of giving and risking everything for him. I was in there for an hour just letting everything out.

I got up and tuned the shower off grabbing a towel. I dried myself then wrapped the towel around myself and went into my closet. I grabbed some boxers a sports bra and some sweatpants. I changed and brushed my teeth and my hair.

I walked out of my bathroom and went straight to bed. The minute I laid down I drifted off to a deep sleep.
