Hey Gladers! So let me just tell you what happened yesterday. I was in a show choir concert and halfway through I got dizzy, then my dad gave me a wiff of his inhaler and I got some Benadryl and I was fine. Today, my hands started shaking profusely and I was freaking out. My hands and face were numb and I couldn't breath. I went to the doctor, they sent me to the ER. They took some blood, did some tests, and told me everything was going to be fine. They diagnosed me with anxiety and hyperventilation. So basically, I had an anxiety attack. It was all caused by stress. I'm telling you this, because I am not going to write as much as usually do for a while. Sorry, but I just don't have the time. I will still write though, so don't go anywhere! 😘 Thanks for reading! 😘
