The Maze Runner Preferences and Imagines

Gally Imagine (Jade)

"No..Jade....You're doing it wrong!" Gally yells at me. This was the job I was assigned, the builder. I wasn't real fond of it.

"Well then Shuckface! Why don't you just do it! I wanted to be a runner, but instead I'm stuck with you!" I slam what is in my hands down to the ground and run out of the room. This wasn't the first time Gally has blown up at me. He has a temper and yells at pretty much everyone in the glade. I'm the only glader that stands up to him though.

"Jade?!" I hear a faint voice call. I'm in no mood to speak to him, so I take off running. Honestly, I don't know why they didn't make me a runner. I look back to see how far he is, and BOOM! slam into a tree! Mental note: Always run with eyes forward!

I feel two strong hands grab my waist and pull me up. Clutching my forehead, my hand finds his shoulder and I wobble to a bench.

"Jade, are you ok?" The first thing I notice about the boy are the eyebrows and it's obviously Gally.

"I'm fine!" I respond, pushing him over a bit. He had found a seat next to me and had his strong arm around my shoulder. He just looks down and let's out a little laugh.

"You're just too cute when you're mad." I can't help but smile at the remark. It's nice to get compliments. Especially when every other glader treats you like klunk!

"Is your forehead ok?" He cups my face in his hands and looks right above my eyebrows. I'm standing as still as a statue as he pulls my head foreword and a plants a kiss on my injury. It hurt a little, but it was sweet. He pulls away slowly and looks into my eyes.

"I shouldn't have yelled at you." He kisses my cheek. "I just....I like you." He kisses the other cheek. "And I'm not sure what to do about that." His hands have moved their way down to my neck now.

"What you're doing now is fine." I respond with a huge grin.

"Good, because I wasn't planning on stopping." He smiles and pulls me in for a kiss. We just sit there, without a care in the world!
