The Birthday present🥳

It was  summer and everyone was home except for the parents who had to earn a living , little noor was getting bigger along with Islam , the twins (Maryam and Hanan )had gone  to their aunt's house in maiduguri because the family members thought it was best if just Islam and Anas were left in the maikudi household , at first noor was very sad that they had to leave but she was better when they promised to visit from time to time .
It was July 6th a few days to noor's birthday she reminded every single person in the house even the drivers everyone , she was really excited because she got to see her friends and family all together for the purpose of celebrating her big day .

Daddyyyyyyyy whined noor, do you know my birthday is coming up soon ,? Of course noor how can I not know ,that was the most beautiful day of my I cannot forget that noor , noor didn't want  to hear how he would start talking about how she was he's jewel and what not because he always did , she went straight to telling him that she wanted a bicycle for her birthday actually she wanted two , one for her and one for Islam , ok noor anything you want said Mr maikudi , even though noor was given  all she wanted she was still a very respectful and nice little girl that everyone loved .

Anas's POV.
I was passing uncle's (Mr maikudi's) study room and I heard noor talking so much about gifts and her birthday, I guess her birthday was coming soon , what should I get her ? I don't even have money , and think my gift wouldnt matter to her anyways 💔.

9th July ( Noor's birthday 🥳)
It was noor's birthday and noor couldn't even sleep the night before . Noor's mom had invited all of noor's friends and their close family members , the party was kind of a huge celebration, they were lots of food and drinks , noor had a pink princess dress on she looked very beautiful 💗
Noor it's time to dance now the best dancer wins a price said Mrs maikudi , all the children gathered at the stage and started to dance , Islam wasn't feeling so well so noor wasn't so interested in the party  but she tried to smile at everyone and be nice too , after the dance competition everyone was given their souvenirs and they gave noor all the gifts they had for her , she was so happy that she hugged them all before they left  .
She did get a bicycle from her dad , one for her and the other for Islam both girls were so happy they ran to hug Mr maikudi , easy easy girls he said because of the full force they both came with . Through out today noor hadn't seen Anas he didn't wish her neither did he get her a present she decided not to talk to him anymore because she was angry , noor was tired after all the hassle so she decided she would unwrap her gifts tomorrow.

It was morning again and immediately after everyone said their prayers along with noor all she had in mind was to unwrap her presents she promised to share them with Islam and give some to charity because she had a lot of toys already and she was getting to old for them  . Noor and Islam went to upstairs after greeting everyone one of course they went straight to noor's room and starting Checking all the presents , they unwrapped so many and then sorted them out the ones that needed to go to the needy and the ones she and Islam were going to keep , they was one unwrapped present that caught noor's eyes she picked it up and it looked liked a story book until she unwrapped and opened it she noticed it was a plain book it had a note  :
I hope this dairy brings happiness to your life whenever you use it , i hope your life's biggest achievements would be written down on thid diary . Happy birthday noorie .
Noor was confused because she didn't know what to do with it but she was going to keep it anyways , she would ask her mom what it was later , but she wondered why the sender didn't write their name that was a mystery that noor was curious to find out but oh well it was time for breakfast so Noor  and Islam went downstairs to eat the pancakes noor's mom made , and this time everyone was at the table even Anas , mommy what's a diary ? Asked noor , well noor a diary can be used to write down your daily activities for future references but noor you need to stoping talking now and  eat your food , but mom I , shhh noor Mrs maikudi interrupted her so she let it be . Noor's dad saw the curiosity in her eyes and couldn't help but laugh , he was sure she was going to find out what she wanted to know soon . He always thought noor would make a good journalist .
