Laffaya queen😻

Noor started to enjoy her work more because somehow Nurain was always around the house and she wouldn't admit it but she had started to enjoy his company, he made her laugh regularly and was a really fun person to be with but she kept pushing him away , he even collected her number from Hajiya and texted her often but she never replied but he kept trying , she had to push him away for her own sanity and his own good too .

Hajiya laraba : umm noor we have annual family dinners and the one for this year is on Saturday I would really like it if you would come and meet the rest of my family although my parents are in Nigeria so just us cousins and siblings , you could meet people of your age too .

Noor : yes sure I would love to .

Hajiya laraba : here's a laffaya I would like you to wear it then and please don't refuse , you know you are just like my younger sister .

Noor : jazakhallahu khairan Hajia , thank you of course I'll wear it . I'll take my leave now, please say hey to the kids for me when they wake up and I made them cake too .

Hajiya laraba : MashAllah, alright I'll tell them , have a nice day love .

Noor: Salamualaikum mama I'm home ,

Maimuna :wslm , do you even care for me anymore ? School is out and you don't even stay home with me , na gi haushi ( I'm angry in Hausa )

Noor: Habba mama na I'm sorry wallahi ok I'll be home for the entire week and I'll plan outings for us , is that ok mama?

Maimuna: now you are talking like my daughter 😂, I'm happy now but it will be starting tomorrow because I really miss you come give me a hug .

Noor went over and gave her so many hugs and kisses .
Noor: mama let me show you the laffaya Hajia gave me , she asked me to come for a celebration on Saturday , can I go mama ? Please

Maimuna : wow it's lovely , of course you can .
Noor : thank you mama . Tomorrow me and you would go sighting seeing then 💗

(Saturday 10am )
It was Saturday and noor started to get ready to go for the celebration, she had done a little makeup on her face and tied the laffaya on , she even took pictures.

Noor felt she looked cute and admired herself before heading out , she just hoped it would be fun .

( Saturday 12pm )
Noor arrived at Hajiya's and they were lots of people actually, she greeted Hajia and Hajia couldn't stop looking at how beautiful noor looked ,
MashAllah noor you look so fine , the kids are at the backyard if you want to say hey . Said hajia , thank you so much , ok I'll go see them .
Noor saw yasir and ran over to go meet him but that was kind of heard because of the laffaya she didn't know how to walk in it properly. Hey yasir I missed you , mishhhh Anty noor too said yasir , noor Just giggled and asked where sheerah was and then a familiar voice came from the back , we are here , that was Nurain ,noor was very sure it was him , she turned and then there he was with sheerah , my love come give me a hug said noor and then Nurain hurried to go give her a hug , she smacked his arm and said eww not you 😂, Nurain pretended to be hurt and was explaining to sheerah that noor had hurt his feelings once more because she always did , noor couldn't hold her laughter at this point . Nurain cleared his throat and said : well you look very beautiful , is it because of me ?
Noor blushed so hard and then she laughed at his question and said ewww why would I dress up because of you , ooh common you know I'm not ewww at all In fact you find me attractive 🤪. Noor didn't even know what tell him anymore he was so much of a trouble maker , he brought out his phone and took pictures of noor when she wasn't looking , he immediately made one of the pictures his screen saver , he wouldn't lie but he had started to get attached to noor .

This was his screen saver from now on and he wasn't going to change it unless he got a new picture of noor ❤️

It was time to eat and everyone went to eat and everyone was seated at the table , a young lady asked Hajia laraba who noor was and her response made everyone surprised, noor is Nurain's fiancée but she's still in school so it's not official yet . This sentence made noor almost choke on what she was eating and Nurain just smiled at everyone , he liked the sound of that , everyone had finished eating and noor went to the garden she needed air , she had never thought of getting married , she knew eventually they would force her to but she never wants that to happen , Nurain came to meet her there and said hey noorie what scared you ? Am I that ugly that you wouldn't marry me ? He joked , please leave me alone Nurain is everything always funny to you said noor , no it's not but then the fact that you push everyone away isn't funny either , I'm so sure you want to be my friend as much as I want to be yours but you always push me Away without considering if I would feel hurt or not , but don't worry noor I'll go back to Nigeria soon and you won't see me again , with that Nurain stood up , entered his car and drove off to his house .
Noor wanted to call him back but suddenly her mouth felt heavy , she didn't even wait to say bye to Hajiya or the kids she just left , she felt like crying because all that Nurain had said today was true , she just didn't want to admit that she had gradually started to get attached to him , he made her smile so many times and all she could do was act like he was a burden now she felt bad for all the calls and messages of that she never replied to . Noor got home and was glad that lady Maimuna was out , she went straight to her room and cried herself to sleep not just because of her conversation with Nurain but because of how tragic her life was , and this was all because of death , death the painful thing that took away her father and secondly Anas the other pain that took away her happiness 💔noor let things that was out of her control to control her life even if she was happy for a while she knew it would end soon but didn't know it would be this soon . She didn't want Nurain to leave her , he was her light after years or darkness .
