I sighed hearing our alarm go off. I rubbed my eyes then sat up and looked at Zori who slept peacefully on her side. I smiled seeing her mouth slightly open.

Stepping on the cold floor a chill ran through my body. The only thing I hate is that it takes me like 40 seconds to get to Dior and Kamoria's room which is too far for me.

"D get up baby you got to get ready for school" I whispered shaking her slightly. She let out a groan before stretching and standing up while dragging herself to her bathroom while I chuckled.

Next stop... Kamoria's room.

"Wake up Moria" I said picking her up.

"No no dada" she said wrapping her arms around my neck while I walked to her bathroom and laughed.

"Yes yes stank butt" I chuckled rubbing her some bath water.

"Me no wanna go" she whined.

"Stop it right now" I said sternly. I hated when she threw tantrums to get her way.

"Hmm" she pouted as I kissed her forehead.

After getting Kamoria's difficult ass ready I made sure Dior was ready.

I gave them a bowl a fruit and they sat in the living room to watch tv as I went to go get ready.

After I finished I walked out the bathroom and straight to the closet to put some clothes.

"Baby I'm finna go" I mumbled pecking Zori's lips while she tossed and turned.

"Alright I love you" she said sleepily.

"Love you too baby" I said pecking her lips.

Her and Zamoria haven't spoken to each other since that day and it hasn't effected her not one bit. Maybe it was best for them to stop talking to each other. I'm not taking sides because I could see where both of them were coming from. Trey and I still do talk though. That ain't changing.

"Alright girls y'all ready" I said taking their bowls to the kitchen while they followed and said "yup".

"Let's go then shorties" I grabbed my Range keys and they grabbed their book bags then we headed to the car.

Zamoria

"You ready Mel" I asked Melody who rubbed Mason's head.

"Yea" she said. I nodded and grabbed Trey's Jeep keys of the rack and we headed to the car.

Trey would've took her to school today but his ugly ass decided to stay in the studio all night and when I got in there he was sleep so I let him be.

"Mama why don't you come with me and daddy to uncle Chris's house anymore" she asked looking like she was scared to ask.

"Mommy have business that she had to take care of and I'm busy" I said stopping at a red light.

"But Dior said it's because you,uncle Chris, and Auntie Zori don't like each other anymore" she said biting her lip and I mentally sighed.

"Listen baby sometimes people have to take breaks from each other when it gets to be too much. And then sometimes it's best to leave people alone for good, but that doesn't mean YOU have to leave them alone." I said breaking it down the best way I can.

"B-but you're family" she slightly frowned.

"Sometimes you have to leave family alone too Melody" I said sighing. This shit is stressful trying to explain to an nine year old.

"Ok" she mumbled.

"Alright come on guys" I said parking beside Trey car and I smirked knowing he was finna act a clown.
