                        Description

As I lay in bed scrolling through my feed on Instagram, I come across a pic my brother had posted, he was with my parents and little sister, I smiled as I double tapped to like the picture. It has been a week since I moved here to Wales for college, and I was already missing home. My roommate was cool, her name was Cynthia, she was currently watching a movie on her laptop. She likes to spend time with me in my room. Our apartment had a living room, a kitchen and 2 bedrooms.
I and my best friends had arrived together, we had a fun road trip. Amber and Xena were together in the same faculty and where fortunate to have their apartments close to each other, they were in the Tascoe campus which is on the far west side of the school, while I was on the far east side, Saxton campus.

The flashing lights, smell of alcohol, cheap perfumes on sweaty bodies grinding on each other was exactly what I craved at the moment to avoid getting home sick and since classes will be beginning tomorrow, it wouldn't do me much harm to party the night away, right?
The time reads 7:45pm, I send a text to the group chat I keep with my friends;

Me:
"Who's up for the last party before classes begins tomorrow😏😜🤖"

Amber:
"Karla Kensington you read my mind as clear as day, that I now find it creepy but..... Hell yeah!!!! I'm up for some fun!!!!!"

Tariah:
"Imma have to sit out on this one, got the flu😰😩"

Xena:
"Sucks to be you T, sorry...... Let's go partyyyy!!!!!😝😜🤖🤖"

Me:
"Sorry T, it really sucks to be you, be ready by 9?"

Xena:
"It's a date, I'll pick Amber before you"

Me:
"Okie dokie!🤗"

I drop my phone on my bed and lay down for a minute, thinking of my outfit and thinking about my first day at college. It will be Monday tomorrow and it will be my first day as a college student, I just finished senior school and I got into University of Wales, our parents say we were all lucky to be chosen by the same school, like they didn't influence it with their power and wealth. I am studying Accounting. I know what you're thinking,

"why would I want to study a desk boring job?"

Well I sort of have to, I'm expected to succeed my dad, by taking over his accounting firm, you're probably asking;

"Karla is that what you want?"

While growing up learning about Accounting, I sort of figured I really enjoyed it and truly wanted to do it.

Amber Stone, my oldest friend, we practically grew up together, we had all adventures possible in Phoenix together. Amber is studying Law, she wants to become a Lawyer like her mother, She aims to be a major partner in her mum's firm.
