Chapter 9

"Dumb little girl!"
"Go kill yourself!"

You ran as fast as you could.

"Piece of trash!"
"Waste of time!"
"Worthless!"

Why... Why can't they leave me alone...

They laughed.
They all did.

Why don't you ever give me chance..?

They all laughed harder and harder.

Why...? Why isn't there anyone out there...?

You stopped.

"Ignore them _________(Your Name).. I'll keep you company.." You heard him and felt his arms from behind.

You closed your eyes..

"I'll protect you from everyone out there and I'll protect you from yourself.." He smirked while you weren't looking.

He started petting your hair, "You won't have to worry about them if you're with me... You'll be mine and mine only, okay? And when your mine, there will be no way you'll ever be free again."

You didn't do anything but just listen to him.

He smiled, "I'll be with you and you'll be with me forever. Well in a way, you won't and you will." He chuckled and kissed your head.

"I-I don't understand..." You said while looking down.

"Don't worry you'll know soon, my love.."

"Hey wake up.."

You woke up by hearing his voice. As you opened your eyes, you saw him laying on your chest.

"Morning dear~", he said while kissing your cheek.

"Oh, good morning Liu.." You smiled a bit.

The dream..
It was just another odd dream..

But what did he say in the end again...?

"I'll be with you and you'll be with me forever. Well in a way, you won't and you will."

What did he mean by "In a way, you won't and you will.."

I don't understand..

"Something wrong?" Liu asked while looking at you.

"Huh? Oh no no, nothing's wrong", You said to him with another smile.

"Oh okay, there better not be.." He chuckled.

"Hey Liu...?"

"Yes~?"

"Who was that "Jane" person yesterday?" You asked him.

"Oh just a friend, no big deal.." Liu said in a bored tone.

"But why did he mention something about Jeff yesterday..?"

"And why do you care so suddenly about Jeff, huh?" He said in an annoyed tone.

"N-No reason..!" You said.

"You better not start thinking about Jeff or any other guy but me! Besides, Jeff wants to kill you so why care about him." Liu smirked.

"O-Okay..." You said quietly and looked down.

Liu chuckled, "God, your so cute." He said while lifting your chin up.

You ended up staring at his green eyes again. You blushed.

He leaned towards you and both your lips touched.

You let him kiss you.

When he separated from you, he smiled. "Hey, you want to go somewhere? Like the park, or anywhere!"

"Sure. I guess the park is fine.." You said.

"Okay then let's go.." He smiled.

As the two of you walked towards the park, both of you held hands.

But while holding hands, you felt Liu grabbing your hand a bit too hard. Like, if he didn't want you to get away from him or something.

When the two of you arrived, you noticed a smile on Liu's face.

"Let's go to the swings!" He smiled.

"Um..okay.." You giggled.

After your day at the playing like little kid in the park, the both of you layed on the grass, staring at the stars.

It was already nighttime but you liked it. The breezing wind made everything better.

Hiding his warm hand made you feel relaxed.

"Today was fun, wasn't it , __________? (Your Name)?" Liu said.

You nodded.

"I wish it could be like this everyday." He smiled.

"Um...if you want..it could be.." You smiled back.

Liu chuckled, "I wish, but there are times where something or someone ends."

Wait, something or someone ends?!

You stayed quiet.

"You okay?" Liu asked.

........W-What... What does he mean..?!

"Hey ___________(Your Name)? ________?!"

"Huh what? Yea...everything is fine...." You said.

"Okay good.." Liu sighed. "You want to go home yet or not?"

You stayed quiet again.

D-does ...Does that mean...He's going to die...or me?

Liu sighed, "Its okay if you want to stay. I'll be protecting you though." He chuckled.

Is he really... Going to protect me..?

Or is he...
Just lieing...?
