It felt like it had been hours since he entered his room. Lewis laid on his bed staring at the ceiling, wondering when the doctor will open his door. Just before he fell asleep, he heard a faint click.
"Get up, it's free time," the doctor said as he stepped inside Lewis' room, "I said lets go." he said impatiently.
Stumbling around, he got out of bed. Lewis squinted due to the bright light illuminating from the door. As he began to sluggishly walk to the door, he could hear everyone outside conversing slightly louder than usual.
"It's about time, why didn't you come out for lunch?" Sarah said waving to Lewis to come sit by her. She and Chris sat in their usual corner. Lewis wasn't sure why, but for some reason Sarah seemed happier than she did earlier.
"Hey guys," Lewis sat down next to his friends, "There's something I need to tell you."
"Does it have to do with Doctor Christin?" Chris said while he scribbled on a piece of paper.
"How did you-"
"We saw him leave your room after you walked in." Sarah said as she leaned back against the wall. The look of joy on her face slowly faded. "What did he have to say?"
"I'm not entirely sure," Lewis scratched the back of his head, "it was like he was threatening me, but not trying to at the same time." he said as he scanned the room. "Something here doesn't seem-" he stopped as he noticed Robert sitting in the opposite corner with one of the doctors.
Lewis remembered that Robert was in the hospital for his anger issues. He always seemed self centered and cocky, but Lewis noticed the fear in his eyes. As Lewis got up to go talk to the doctor next to him he was stopped by Doctor Jenson.
"Hello Lewis, it's time for our therapy session," She said with a smile that seemed slightly faked, "Please follow me."
