It was midday as Lewis sat in group therapy half listening to everyone. He couldn't stop thinking about what Stacy said to him, what she showed him. He was filled with fear, not for himself though, he was scared of what would happen to Sarah and Chris if he acted up again.

"How could I live with myself if they got hurt because of me?" Lewis thought to himself. As he was thinking of ways to prevent harm ever coming to his closest friends, he began to feel light headed. Everything was spinning around him as he began to hear a familiar voice.

"Fight back, make him feel the pain he has made so many go through. Torture him, make him plead for death."

"What the hell?" Lewis said, looking up from the floor. As he looks up he notices everyone's staring at him, Chris most of all. Lewis noticed the look of curiosity and fear in his friends eyes. "What?" Lewis looked around at everyone.

"You were mumbling something," Doctor Jenson adjusted in her seat, "is everything okay?"

"Yeah," he said, sitting back in his chair, "yeah I'm good."

"Well, if everything's fine then let's continue." Doctor Jenson cleared her throat as she glanced at Sarah then down at her clipboard, "Sarah I believe it is your turn to speak."

"Oh yeah," She said with a frown, she never really enjoyed talking about her past, "well where do i start?"

"Today we are focusing on change in our life and how to control it," Doctor Jenson looked at Sarah with a warm smile, "so let's start with when your life changed the most."

"Well that's easy enough," Sarah let out a deep sigh before continuing, "that will have to be when my parents left. I had a panic attack when I was seven, they were so worried I was possessed or something that they sent me to a mental hospital. When that hospital couldn't help they sent me to a different one, and another and another, and now I'm here." she began to quietly cry as she blankly looked down at the floor, "I haven't seen my parents in almost ten years."

"I'm very sorry Sarah," Doctor Jenson rested a hand on her back softly, "I'm sure one day they will experience change and want you back, it's only a ma-"

"Excuse me?" Doctor Christin had poked his head in through the door, looking around at everyone. He was speaking in his usual monotone, "I apologize for interrupting, but I need to speak with Sarah for a minute."

"Oh, of course sir." Doctor Jenson said, moving her hand away from Sarah as she stood up and walked to the door. As she turned the corner following the doctor, Lewis immediately felt nothing but hatred towards him.

It was morning when Lewis and Chris sat in their usual corner, when they both looked up and saw Sarah walking out of Doctor Christins office crying while walking straight to her room. As she walks into her room, Chris stands up and starts whispering slightly louder than normal.

"No, I can't do that. What if I get put back into the basement? I know that but still, I just can't ye- Lewis wait where are you going?" Chris said, a hint of panic in his voice as Lewis walked past him. Chris noticed him ignoring his warnings.

"Oh, hello Lewis, is there a problem?" the doctor said with a menacing smile. Before Lewis could stop himself, his fist had already struck the doctors jaw. The doctor stumbled backwards looking at him shocked. "You little son of a-" The doctor was cut off by a second strike to the cheek, knocking his now cracked glasses to the floor.

Two doctors came running over to pull him off Doctor Christin, but by then Lewis was already on top of him. Both hands on the man's throat squeezing so tight his hands hurt. One of the doctors threw Lewis off of Doctor Christin while the other pulled in into a bear hug.

The doctor picked up his glasses and walked over to Lewis, pure rage coursing through him as he leaned down to Lewis' level, "that was a mistake child." he said, leaning down to Lewis' level looking him in the eyes, "I don't believe you understand the severity of your si-" but before he could finish, Lewis had slammed his forehead into the bridge of the doctors nose, breaking his glasses even more.

As Lewis was about to mule kick the doctor, the one that had thrown him was already sticking a needle into his shoulder. Lewis managed to get in one last hit on the doctor with his foot hitting his knee before everything had gone black.
