It was nearing sundown as Frank and Tox finally finished the bike. The dark haired man slapped the side of the bike as he threw a rag over his shoulder and smiled, "Good as new. She might even be faster too."

"You're an absolute lifesaver." Tox chuckled as she wiped her hands on her own rag.

"Just thanking you for saving the life you almost accidentally took, Tax." He teased with a playful grin.

"It's Tox." She glared just as playfully while swatting him with her towel. The two chuckled as they walked inside. They've been at that bike nearly all day, taking a short break for some lunch and conversations.

As they walked in they were greeted by the others making casual conversations with each other in the living room, "Hey, look who's finally taking a break from bike work." Gerard said as he turned down the radio.

"We actually just finished her up. She's good to go." Frank replied as he grabbed a can and handed one to Tox, who this time accepted it.

"So you really weren't kidding when you said you'd have it done by tonight." Ray spoke up as he shifted his attention to the pair.

"Yeah, I'll prob be going in a minute. Tox added, taking a bite from her meal. Gerard's face dropped as she spoke.

"Are you sure? It's already starting to get dark. Will you be able to get back in time?" He asked, hoping she'd be willing to stay other night. It's not that he had feelings for her, no way. It's just that it's been awhile since they've had company, especially company that's a girl.

Tox looked outside to see the sun setting, "I think as long as I keep her full throttle I'll be good. And besides, I don't wanna trouble you guys anymore than I already have."

"You've been no trouble at all." Kobra (who's name is Mikey. Frank told her earlier) waved his hand to dismiss her comment. Tox smiled under her banada in which she's still refused to take off around the guys. Hell, she even slept in it last night.

"I still ha-" Tox cut herself off when a loud crack of thunder roared from outside, slightly shaking the walls. "Woah. Is it-?"

All five of the Killjoys rushed to the window to see rain slowly fall from the sky. The more it fell, the faster it fell. Before they knew it, they were in a full on thunderstorm.

"It's been ages since it's stormed like this out here." Mikey held a small smile to himself as he looked at the rain in the sunset. Another crackle of lightning flashed across the sky, with a bone shaking boom of thunder to follow. Without realizing, Gerard scooted closer to Tox as a result of the both of the jolting.

"You still wanna ride home?" He looked down at her with a daring expression.

Tox shook her head, with a defeated smile, "I would prefer not to. But you're taking your bed tonight."

"Uh uh. You're my guest." He pressed his lips together in a stern, thin line.

"Seriously, Party. I'm gonna be up for a while anyways. I've always found comfort in thunderstorms." Tox folded her arms as she leaned against the window.

"You're an actual psycho." Frank laughed.

"Then you can take my bed when you're ready to sleep." Gerard looked as though he had won, but it's borderline impossible to win against Tox. Last night she gave it to him to be nice, but not this time.

"Party if you so much as sit on that couch I'm blasting your ass." She threatened as she pointed a finger at him.

"God why don't you guys just sleep in his bed together like adults?" Mikey groaned as he walked into his own room. Gerard and Tox looked at each other awkwardly before they both shook their heads.
