I turned off my phone after going through the comments, liking the ones from my friends.

I couldn't believe I was actually here, in Simi Valley California, to be apart of a movie.
It all just seemed so surreal.

After going on the hiking trail, which was the dumbest decision I could make before my first day of 'work', I hopped in my rental Volkswagen Beetle and drove towards where the cast and crew was supposed to meet today.

After 15 minutes and a lot of sightseeing, I made it to the destination.
It was an off-white building with vines and different plants scattered around the entrance.

I walked up to the door, reading the sign that was posted on it:
"Authorized personnel only. All trespassers will be prosecuted."
Ok, not scary at all.

I knocked on the door, and a few seconds later, a man opened it.
"ID please."
Shocked at the brick-wall of a man, I scrambled to get my ID out. I handed it to him, and he just as quickly handed it back.
"This way please; Miss l/n."

Miss l/n? I truly did not like that to my core.
"Please, just y/n." I smiled as I followed him, a smile in which he didn't return.

We walked through different corridors, passing different rooms, one being a snack room.
Definitely remembering how to get back to that one.

Finally, we seemed to have reached our destination. It was an office-like room with a long rounded table, 20-30 people all either sitting or standing around it.
One of them, however, immediately stood up to greet me.

"y/n, finally, so glad to meet you!" He hugged me, but all I could think about was how familiar his voice was.
"Oh! Mr.Matt, hi!" I finally put my finger on it, hugging him back. He chuckled, "I told you already, just Matt."

As I apologized, he lead me to the head of the room, all eyes already on me.
"Everyone, meet y/n l/n, the promising upcoming star that'll be playing 'Evangeline'."
I blushed at his words. 'Promising upcoming star'?

Everyone said a quick hello, turning back to their original conversations. Well, besides for one person. He had short curly dark brown hair, and a face that would make Channing Tatum faint.
His eyes, his beautiful green eyes, studied me for a moment before turning away.

A soft voice pulled me out of the trance that boy left me in, "Hello, y/n, I'm Lily Rabe."
I jerked my head, seeing none-other than one of my favorite actresses.
"Oh my god- I mean," I cleared my throat, "I know who you are. I was told to be professional, but I just have to say how big of a fan of you I am." I shook her hand, gushing over her as she threw her head back in laughter.

"How Matt described you, I think the feelings will be mutual!"
"He didn't over-sell me, did he?"
She shook her head. "No, no. He just thinks you have a lot of potential, and I'm excited to find out."

"I think we're all excited! If Matt thinks she shows promise, she really must be good." A woman suddenly spoke up, making the room to quiet.
"Hi, I'm Julia Hart, the director for this film." She shook my hand before going back to her seat.
"Well, don't just stand there, come sit. We have a lot to discuss!" She beamed.

I quickly found my seat, which was placed between Lily and a beautiful girl with blonde hair.
As I sat, and Julia began to talk about her aspirations for this film, the girl beside me whispered, "Hi, I'm Lili Reinhart. I'm super excited to work with you!"

Wow, talk about kind.

"Right back at you." I smiled back, causing her to giggle.
"Guys! Attention up here, please."
"Sorry.." We both mumbled.

It was going to be a long, long day.
