Back at the Base Fury assigns us to each member hes recuriting . First I was to call Natasha ask, her to come in , break the news about Clint and tell her to get Bruce Banner. Then I was to go with Fury and get Steve Rogers or better known as Captain America .
I leaned against the railing on the Helicarrier waitng for Nat to be put on the phone . A man answers. "Put her on the phone." I say.
"Its for her" he says turning to his boss.
The boss takes the phone and starts yelling at me in russian"You listen carefully" he says with authority. I roll my eyes. Idiot .
"You're at 1-14 silensky Plaza , 3rd floor. We have an F-22 exactly eight miles out. Put the woman on the phone, or I will blow up the block before you can make the lobby" I say with a smirk . Russian scum . A moment later I hear a little rumbleing and know that Nat is listening now . "Hey Tasha" I say playfully but soon go back to serious "we need you to come in" I say
"Are you kidding ? Im working" she replys
"This takes precedence"
"Im in the middle of an interrogation. This moron is giving me everything" I can practically hear her eye roll. "Look you cant pull me out of this right now"
"Natasha , Bartons been compromised"
She goes silent for a few seconds "Let me put you on hold"
I smirk and listen to the sound of her kicking the Russians ass. Im so proud
"Where's Barton now ?"
"We dont know"
"But he's alive ?"
"We think so. Ill brief you on everything when you get back . But first , we need you to talk to the big guy."
"Val you know Stark trusts us about as far as he can throw us"
"Coulsons got Stark. You get the big guy"
She curses in Russain and I chuckle . "Good luck Nat" I say before hanging up.
