"The gamma readings are defintely consistent with Selvig and Valeries reports of the Tesseract" Bruce says . "Did you ever doubt me doctor" I ask placing a hand over my heart pretending to be hurt. "Never question the woman with a 40% brain compacity . But its going to take weeks to process ." "If we bypass the mainframe and direct route to the Homer cluster we can clock this at around 600 teraflops" I reply 

Bruce laughs at me proving his previous comment. "All I packed was a toothbrush"

"You know you should come by Stark Tower sometime and I guess you can come too Grey." he said the last part disapointedly . "Who are you and what have you done with Tony Stark" I ask. Hes defintely been out of character towards me. He rolls his eyes and ignores my statement. "Top 10 floors , all R&D. You'd guys love it. Its Candyland". Theres the Stark we all know. 

"Thanks but the last time I was in New York , I kind of broke Harlem" Bruce replied looking back down at his work. "Well I promise a stress-free enviornment. No tension , no suprises" when he finishs that sentence he zapps Banner with something . 

"Hey what the hell !" I yell at Stark . Steve comes in yelling "Hey!" at the same time. Tony ignores us and talks to Banner "Nothing?" "Are you nuts?!" Steve yells.

I put my hands on my hips and give Tony a glare for his previous actions. "Jurys out . You really have ot a lid on it , havent you ? Whats your secret? Mellow Jazz , bongo drums , huge bag of weed?" "Tony" I say disapointedly but stern at the same time. Steve looks to me and nods before turning his attention back to Tony and Bruce.  "Is everything a joke to you" I continue. "Funny things are " he says pointing the thing he poked Bruce with at me. "Threatening the safety of everyone on this ship isnt funny , no offence Dr.Banner" Steve replies annoyed but sympathetic to Banner.

"Its all right , I wouldnt have come aboard if I couldnt handlen pointy things" Bruce says taking no offence . "Youre tip-toeing big man. You need to strut" Tony spoke pointing the thing at Banner this time. I sigh and move a peice of my strawberry blonde hair out of my face "Tony do you ever shut up" I ask. "When I want" . His replies to me were always childish in serious situations . Sometimes this man annoyed me to no end. 

"You need to focus on the problem , Mr. Stark " Steve interjected. "Do you think Im not?" the genius replied . "Why did Fury call us in? Why now? Why not before?" he looked at me for a second and I narrowed my eyes at him. He knew Ive been out of the game for a bit but he starts to mistrust me a bit when Shield secrecy pops up. "What isnt he telling us ? I cant do the equation unless I have all the variables"

"You think Fury's hiding something" Steve asked even though it sounded more like a statement.

"He's a spy Captain , he's 'the' spy. His secrets have secrets. Its bugging them too isnt it" Tony gestures to me and Bruce. I roll my eyes for what seems the 100th time today. " Uh... I just wanna finish my work here , and..." Burce spoke trying to stay out of it and mind his business. "Doctor?" Steve asked wanting to hear his opinion. Dr.Banner sighed before continuing taking off his glasses " 'A warm light for all man kind'. Loki's jab at Fury about the cube." Bruce quotes Loki.

"I heard it"

"I think that was meant for you" he said gesturing to Stark. He takes some blueberries from tony and continues "Even if Barton didn't tell Loki about the tower, its still all over the news."

"The Stark Tower , the big ugly-" Steve says but pauses when Stark looks at him with a glare. "Building in New York?" 

"Its powered by a self sustaining energy source. That building will run itself for what , a year" I speak up.

"Its just the prototype. Im kinda the only name in clean energy right now. Thats what shes getting at" Say Tony with his huge ego. 

"So why didnt Shield call him in on the Tesseract project ? I mean we know whay Val was. Shes a  Shield Agent that left the game but came to help with the Tesseract because she's the smartest person alive. What are they doing in the energy buisness in the first place?" Bruce stated with his suspicions . They all looked at me . 

"What Fury doesnt tell me jack shit and I came back because they needed me" I defended myself. " You know I feel like I'm being personally attacked these last few days" I continue half joking.

" I should probably look into that once my decryption program finishes breaking into all of Sheilds secure files" says Stark .

"Im sorry . Did you say-" Steve begins but gets cut off by Tony.

"Jarvis has been running it since I hit the bridge . In a few hours , Ill know every dirty secret Shield tried to hide , Blueberry" he asks the last part sticking a bag of blueberries out to Steve and I to take. Steve declines looking annoyed but I take some. Hey any chance for free food Im gonna take it.

"Yet your confused about why Fury didnt want you around."

"An intelligence organization that fears intelligence ? Historically , not awesome."

"I think Loki's trying to wind us up. This is a man who means to start a war, and if we dont stay focused, he'll succeed. We have orders. we should follow them."

"Following's not really my style"

"And your all about style, aren't you?"

"Of the people in this room, which one is A, wearing a spangly outfit and B, not of use?"

"Boys don't" I say before a fight could break out

"Steve , tell me none of this smells a little funky to you" Bruce asks

"Just find the Cube. " Steve says before leaving.

I take a deep breath and turn to Tony and Bruce "Im taking a walk , if you need me call" I say  before leaving the room in quick steps.

I find Natasha and run up to her . "Hey whatcha doin" I ask . "Gonna go talk to Loki , wanna come?" she asks with as mischiefious smirk. "Hell yea"
