Soobin's P.O.V

I sighed as I looked at my phone. I just received a message from the private police, saying that the CCTV Cameras were broke that time.

How can something like that happened in that day also? Is it really possible? Now, I'm doubting if she really killed Mr. Bang or not. Her eyes really looks like she's saying that she's innocent.

"Argh!"i groaned as I throw my phone in the sofa and went to the kitchen. I must talk to her and bring her some food.

I wanna help her and in fact, my mother told me that I shouldn't judge a person without any proof. So yeah, she's right so I'm gonna ask her now.

"Soobin-ah, what are you doing?"my mom asked. I looked at her as I smiled,

"Choi Lia, you know her, right?"i asked. She nodded while smiling,

"I'm gonna visit her and tell that I'm willing to help her."i said while smiling at her.

"Aigoo! That's good! At least, she will never think that she's alone. I'm going too!"my mom said.

"Aniyo, Eomma. I'll go, we can visit her together soon."i said. She pouted her lips and nodded her head,

"Treat her better and don't scold her. I'm gonna spank you in your head."my mom said so I just laughed and nodded my head.

"Wait, Sir."the police woman said. I nodded my head and wait for her to come. Until I saw her with a poker face but when she looked at me, she gasped.

"S-soobin, what are you doing h-here?"she asked as she sat on the chair. I smiled at her,

"Eat this later,"i said while smiling at her. She slowly took the lunch box and then bowed her head.

"Kamsa but is there something wrong? I didn't expect that you'll be here."she said as she chuckled awkwardly. I looked down and sighed,

"Lia, I'm going to believe you. Just tell me the truth,"i said. She stopped,

"Eh?"

"I know you can't do that. As you said, you are not that kind of low woman who can harm anyone just to get what she wants."i said.

"Jebal, let me help you."

"Why are you b-being like this?"she asked. I sighed once again,

"I want to help you. Let me help you."i siad as I smiled at her. She looked away,

"We can't do anything about it. It's too impossible."she said.

"Once that we figured out who really killed Mr. Bang, you'll be out here soon. Once that we proved that they are wrong for accusing you, you'll be out here."i explained. She scoffed,

"Let's wait until they release me."

"What if they don't? Are you going to let this happen? You're suffering here!"i accidentally shouted at her.

"Soobin-ah, can we just treat each other as a stranger? Don't get involved in this or else—"she stopped.

"Or else what? My life and my mom's life will be in danger? And do you think I will let that happen? No, Lia. I'm to protect myself, my mom and also you. Let's solve this together."i said as I sighed. I heard her sighed and she messed her hair.

"Let me think about it first."she said. I rolled my eyes,

"Why are you so stubborn?"i murmured. I looked at her and I was shocked when she's glaring at me.

"W-wae? Wae?"

"I heard you, Choi Soobin."she gritted her teeth. I gulped,

"Sorry."i apologized. She sighed so I looked at her,

"Thank you, Soobin."she said as she smiled at me. I chuckled,

"That's nothing. By the way, I'll visit here tomorrow with mom. She wants to see you."i said. Her eyes widened,

"Really? Ow, that's cute. Sure! Let me meet her tomorrow."she said while smiling. I can't help but to stare at her.

Her smile is really genuine.

"Choi Jisu,"

"Please, not Choi Jisu. Julia or Lia."she said as she rolled her eyes.

"It must be hard for you to handle everything in this age but I hope you won't turn to be like them."i said. She looked away,

"Let's shake hands. Let's be friends."i said as I offered my hand to her. She just looked at it,

"Ah, sorr-"

"Of course, Trashbin!"she cheerfully said as she took my hand and shakes it. We both smiled,

"Times up."the police woman said so we quickly looked away as we removed each other's hand.
