The Babysitter 2 (Jenlisa & a Little Bit of Chaesoo)

Prologue

"How did I let this happen?"

I sat in the kitchen in the penthouse, eating a bowl of cereal.

"It's not your fault Jennie, it's mine. I should've never kissed you."

Vernon was still coming over, but keeping his distance from me.

"Let's not talk about it animal, let's work on the project."

"So, where are you going to go?"

"I don't know yet."

Vernon and I were moving my stuff out of the penthouse and to Vernon's car. I couldn't live here anymore, college was done and Lisa would be coming back. So Vernon is going to drive me back to Seoul so I  can stay at my mom's house during the summer.

"Ok this is the last box. What are you gonna do with the dog?"

I looked at Kuma, who was sitting by the door, and I couldn't help but tear up. Kuma was our dog, Lisa and I, but Lisa was done with me and it was all my fault.

"Lisa hasn't been answering my calls or texts, so I'm just gonna take him with."

"Thanks for the ride and helping me with my stuff, I really appreciate it." Vernon helped me bring my stuff to the porch of my mom's house.

"It's the least I could do, for fucking your life up." He stepped in and hugged me for a short time before walking back to his car and drove away.

I turned back to the door and rang the doorbell. After a minute my mom opened the door and second she saw my face she knew.

"Aw my baby, come here." She pulled me into her arms and held me tight.

I'll never love anyone, like I love Lisa. I know she wants nothing to do with me now but hopefully one day we'll find our way back to each other.
