(Author note, in case you didn't realize that I do this) So, ten chapters, eh? Well, each chapter is only about a page, but oh well.
I'm contemplating about changing her brothers name from Kyle because (funny story) the day after I wrote the first part with Kyle, we got a new student name Kyle in our class. I have this weird thing where I hate naming characters after people that I know, so that may be an issue.
I got a request from Michelle to add some romance, so here it goes...only because I wrote this on her birthday. So happy birthday, I'm dedicating this to you! (Best birthday present ever) Theres not a lot of romance, but can I still get an A for effort? No? Okay
In case you didn't know, I have to send this to my editor...so it's being edited!

Avery's POV
After they got their chips (ahem, or shall I say crisps), the bell rung. Next we had french, ugh.
We went up to our lockers and got out french binders.
"I can't believe you did that!" Hannah giggled, about something I HAD NO IDEA ABOUT. Apparently, she was referring to Vanessa and the cafeteria.
"Um, whatcha talking about Hannah?" I questioned. "Oh, it was this awesome thing Vanessa did in the cafeteria. It was hilarious." She added, turning back to Vanessa. Why was she acting like this? It's mighty suspicious that one minute they were mortal enemies, and the next they were BFF's.
"I'll explain" Vanessa told me once Hannah had calmed down. "I don't really understand why it was so funny. But anyways, I was in the cafeteria getting food, when the lunch lady asked me if I wanted chips. I told her I wanted CRISPS, and she didn't understand. we argued for a while, and yeah." She turned, looking at Hannah. "What's so funny?" We continued to walk to the french room. It was on floor three, so a long walk from floor one.
"Well, the best part was that Ryan was laughing. He said she was cool! He was, like, flirting with her!" Hannah jumped up and down, like it was the most exciting thing in the world. He was, like, the most popular guy at our school. I had to admit, I had a tiny crush on him, but nothing compared to Hannah's.
"I don't see the big deal. I mean he seems cool, but I don't like him that way." Vanessa shrugged, like it was nothing.
Hannah's eyes widened. "Are you crazy?! I'd give anything to be in your position!" Hannah motioned her arms, which was considerably hard since she had binders.
"Geez, I don't even think he likes me that way." Vanessa ran her hand threw her hair nervously.
"Are you serious, of course he does, you're so damn lucky!"
We arrived at the french room. Luckily, we had a seat change today. I hated my spot. Our teacher let us pick where we sat, since apparently we were good. Pff. Yeah right.
Im my new spot, I sat beside Vanessa, with Hannah on her right. I guess that was okay, but I would of preferred to sit in the middle. Eventually, french ended. Talk about hell. Next, I had science. That was the one class away from Hannah and Vanessa, maybe I just needed a break.
I sat down in my regular seat, next to Melody. As I took out my half of our project, Melody came in, out of breath from running through the halls.
"Sorry I'm late. Let's get started." She gave me a warm smile, taking out her half. "It's okay." I replied, as we started to work.
I started losing interest when we were talking about variables. I gazed around the classroom, studying each person individually. When I got to Ryan, I sighed. Why did he like Hannah? Not to be mean, but...she wasn't anything spectacular. She had a British accent, she was pretty, had awesome hair, clothes, oh who am I kidding? She was spectacular! I was getting so off topic and bored that I was contemplating the pros and cons of dying my hair green.
