Raj had tears in his eyes and hugged Riya.

Raj: You are my daughter! Only my daughter. You hear me.

Riya: But he says that I look like Abhi uncle...

Naina: Beta come here. Yes you do look like Abhi uncle

Raj looked shocked.

Naina (to Raj): She needs to hear the truth from us; we had always planned on telling her. 

Raj; But I don't want her to know. She's my daughter

Naina: Riya, you were supposed to be Abhi uncle and Mumma's daughter. But God decided that he had a better plan for you. He chose Dada to raise you. Remember we read about in Krishnaji's story.

Riya nodded

Naina: And Dada chose you!

Riya: Dada wants to be my dada

Raj: More than anything else in the world. 

Riya: But the baby is Dada's original baby. So will you love the baby more?

Raj: NEVER! I CAN'T LOVE ANYONE MORE THAN MY RIYA

Riya: Promise?

Raj: Promise!

Raj hugged her again.

Naina: Beta who told you all this?

She took out her phone and showed Riya a photo of Lala. Riya nodded and started crying.

Raj: There's got to be a mistake!

Naina: Raj please stop being blinded towards that monster. 

Raj: You are blinded by Abhi!

Naina: Believe your daughter if you can't believe me!

Later that night Raj went to see Lala Sahab at his house. He was shocked to see Abhimanyu there; they appeared to be arguing. He walked towards the study

Lala: The bullet grazed you this time; next time it'll go straight to your heart

Abhi: I don't care for my own life

Lala: You care for Naina's don't you. She's between life and death right now and I am happy to tip over her.

Abhi held him by the collar!

Lala: Still in love with her I see

Abhi: I'll love her till my dying breath. 

Lala spotted Raj's reflection in the window, and he decided to strike while the iron was hot

Lala: Why don't you accept that she's with my son now. Raj is her husband and Riya's father. Please leave them alone. You blackmailed me about telling Riya about her paternity; otherwise, you'd harm my Raj's child. and I listened to you even though it broke my heart to hurt her. But you are still trying to harm their child.

Abhi was confused

Abhi: What on earth are you...

Before he could complete his statement Raj had lunged at him and punched him the face.

Raj: How dare you? How dare you hurt your daughter? My Riya cried more today in one day; than she has in her entire lifetime. 

Abhi: I would never do that. This Lala is lying!
