Chapter 32 : I Found Out Who I Like

Yeoju's POV

I was standing at the entrance of the company. I wasn't able to decide what to do.

—Flashback—

"I really like you...and I mean it," Mingi said.

"What are you talking about?"

"I love you Yeoju."

I was left in shock by his sudden confession.

—End Of Flashback—

"Arghh!" I groaned.

I was going to step out of the company when it started raining.

"Uh... It's raining. I don't have an umbrella." I sighed.

After thinking for some time, I decided to just run to the dorm.

I covered my head with my hands and was about to run when I felt something above my head.

I look up to see an umbrella preventing me from getting drenched . I turn back and see Seonghwa holding the umbrella above my head.

"Seonghwa?"

"You'll catch a cold if you run like that," he said as he came closer to me so that we both fit into that umbrella.

"Thanks..."

I was blushing hard the whole way. My cheeks had literally turned red. And I tried to control my heart.

Why is my heart is beating so fast?

"You don't need to stand that far," he said as he yanked me closer to him. "Stay close. You'll get soaked."

I looked up at him. He just gave me a smile.

My heart is going to burst now. He's so close to me now. Oh my god!

"Here. Hold onto my arm." He made me hold his left arm. I blushed more.

Why is he being so nice today?

We didn't talk after that. We just walked like that, staying close to each other.

To be honest, I liked it. I wanted to stay like that forever. I wanted to stop the time. I just wanted to be with him. I wanted him by my side.

The rain stopped soon. Now we walked, keeping a safe distance from each other. The atmosphere was cold so I rubbed my arms to get some heat.

Seonghwa noticed it and took off his jacket and put it around my shoulders. My heart skipped a beat.

"It will keep you warm." I could feel my cheeks getting heated up.

After walking for some more time, we finally reached my dorm.

"There. We reached," he said.

I took off his jacket and gave it back to him. "Khumawo, for walking me to the dorm."

"Don't mention it. I'll get going now..." He turned and started walking away from me.

"Seonghwa!" He stopped and turned back to look at me. I wanted to say something else to him but instead I said, "Good night, Seonghwa."

I noticed that he was expecting something else for me to say. He gave me a faint smile. "...Good night."

He turned on his heels and walked away from me. I stood there and watched his figure fading away. I sighed.

I don't know what to do? Why are you being like this to me? You keep making my heart flutter.
