Part 11

CHAPTER 18 - The Brutality

Shane was knocked back into the casino and smashed against the back wall, with Luke stumbling in after the fact, the fight had been brutal. Shane managed to pick himself up and position himself so that he can counter Lukes attack if he made one, but instead, the Light Leader started running his jaw

"Finally, all of the elementals will be in my grasp and I will have the power of the one true elemental.. all I need is your power." Luke had a look in his eye that could only be described as needy. He then looked over at Shane with those eyes and charged towards him with his light spear in hand. What did he mean by one true elemental? Shane had no time to answer those questions because he had to disarm the nut case dressed in white. He took the spear from Lukes hands and tossed it aside,  he then grabbed the parasite and suplexed him into the back wall that he previously smacked into. Shane spoke..

"You're not gettin' my power, even if I have to perish in hell for it, you'll never get this." He then gestured to all of his body and started walking away, but just as he was about to leave for his office, Luke stepped in.

*Laughter* "That's what your father said.. before we killed him, but we wasted so much time celebrating his death that the essence of the darkness which leads to your power was absorbed into you.. your mother was furious with what we did, I bet you want to know what happened to her.. don't you, Shane?.." Shane looked back at Luke with curiosity and fury in his eyes and let Luke speak. *More laughter* "..We took her captive, barely fed her and when we felt like it, we had our fun, without her consent.. we used her as the piece of fuck meat she was born to be, we tore her apart, but, when we had our fun with her for good, we shoved a staff through her and let her suffocate.. Finally, your mother could die a whore!" *Even more laughter*

CHAPTER 19 - The Claws

Those final words uttered by Luke resonated in Shane's head 'Your mother could die a whore'. He snapped, but not in the way that most would, his yes turned black and started to bleed, his claws came out again, bigger and darker in colour than before and a fire caught alight in his eyes, his claws went straight for the floor and then the spikes came out of the ground and straight for Luke, he managed to move himself out of the way, but in doing so receives a brutal right hook to the face by Shane and with his left, he drove his open claw right into Lukes stomach. His teeth were bared and they dug into his neck and he shook Luke by the neck like a rabid dog. Luke was already screaming in pain and he was trying to escape The Insane One.

Shane practically beat the spirit out of Luke with the brutality and insanity that he had running through his veins, the rage inside was enough for Shane to lose sight of the goodness in the world and took hold of Luke again, this time by the wrist and the shoulder. Shane leaned in closer and whispered into Lukes ear.. 

"Don't.. Ever.. disrespect me, or my family again.. and incase you forget, let me give you a permanent reminder" Shane then began to pull on the arm of Luke (left or right.. your choice), trying to take it out of the socket.. well, that was only the first part of the torture. Shane pulled harder as it popped out of the socket and left some space between the bones, he then took his hand from his shoulder and extended his claw and cut the skin between the arm and the shoulder. By this time, Luke was screaming in pain and was only going to get worse. Shane continued to pull, ripping the skin where the cut was made. One final pull and Lukes arm was completely torn off and thrown to the side, the scream was so loud that the rest of the team and the surviving light soldiers clambered into the casino to witness the scene, both mens clothes were stained with Lukes blood as the man who suffered this was fading in and out of consciousness. Shane looked at Luke and shouted..

"There's your reminder, now get the fuck out!" Shane threw Luke to the doors, stood up, arm in hand and limped to his office to calm down. Connor could not believe his eyes at what he saw, he was kind of glad he didn't see the fight.. but only 4 words could resonate in his head

'What the fuck, Shane?!'    

Authors note: Hey! I finally took the break I was talking about, but it was a little longer than I intended due to medical reasons.. and before you say that, no, I do not have Coronavirus.. I just split my head open.. that's all, I'll be taking some time to get my head back in the right place but that doesn't mean I won't continue the story.. I'm thinking about finishing the first book of this series between Part 20 - 25.. so not long left.. well that's all..
