"Tori, do you have the birthday card for mum, I can't find it!" Johnny yelled from the living room.

"Its already in the car with the balloons, flowers and presents!" I called back as I smoothed out my dress in the mirror nervously.

Today I was exactly 12 weeks pregnant which ment today we would  be telling the family about the baby. Johnny and I had decided to give Jackie a very special present for her big day and while I was excited to be sharing the news, I was also quite nervous.

I mean johnny and I had only been married 12 weeks and let's face it, nobody would be expecting a baby this soon so I was a little anxious about their reactions.

"You look beautiful Mrs Goodman." I heard Johnny's voice behind me, making me jump out of my skin.

"Jesus Johnny, nearly killed me." I chuckled, watching him in the mirror as he walked behind me, wrapping his arms around my waist, placing his hands on my non existent bump.

"Mum and dad are gonna meet us at the pub at 7 so we should go, pick up the cake and meet Adam." He told me. I nodded and turned in his arms, wrapping mine around his neck and placing a kiss on his lips.

"OK baby, let's go." I smiled, pulling away, grabbing my jacket and pulling my husband by the hand behind me, making our way down stairs and out the front door, locking it behind us.

After picking up the cake, Johnny and I drove to the pub where Jackie's surprise party was happening.

Johnny had told me about how Jackie had always wanted a surprise party but when ever they tried, something insane happened and it was ruined.

So I took it upon myself to give my mother-in-law exactly what she wanted. A surprise party filled with friends and family.

"Hey Pissface!" Adam called as soon as we walked into the bar. "Mrs. Pissface!"

"Hello Pussface." Johnny and I answered together as we brought in the cake, balloons, flowers and presents.

"Got your hands full have you?" He smirked from where he stood, watching as we struggled.

"Honestly Adam, you could help." Val sighed from where she was stood,, hanging banners.

Adam shrugged and stood up, taking the flowers and got bag from my hands, leaving me with the balloons, each one read 'HAPPY BIRTHDAY JACKIE!' in red glittery writing.

"Where should I put this?" Johnny asked me.

"On the table with the rest of the food." I ordered, placing the balloons in the correct places.

"And done!" I smiled as I looked around at the party room. Every wall was plastered with 'HAPPY BIRTHDAY JACKIE!' banners, there was a balloon arch by the door, that had been dropped of earlier, there was a table set up for gifts and such, Johnny and I had put ours aside to open later and by the gift table sat a large pool table, filled with various buffet foods, from sandwiches to cupcakes with Jackie's face on it.

At around half six people began to arrive. Val's husband larry and son Spencer arrived along with her other son and his wife. Many of Jackie's friends turned up and at 6.55 Martin text me, letting me know they were setting off.

"RIGHT, EVERYBODY, FIVE MINUTES, JACKIE WILL BE HERE IN FIVE MINUTES!" I called out over the chattering, which quickly turned into hushed chatter, that was u til my phone went off and I hushed everybody.

"She's here, Martin will be walking though that door in 30 seconds!" I informed everybody quietly.

The whole room was silent. Everybody all gather to the front of the room, facing the door while Johnny, Adam and I all pushed our way to the front, Val standing right beside me.
