"Quite a battle there, huh?" sheepishly smiling, Yuna teased as she walks along with the student council president. Yuna is actually Ryujin's childhood friend. Letting out a smirk, Ryujin responded "I don't know what you're talking about" opening her phone due to a news pop-up, Ryujin focused on watching the video."A new flu arises in the middle of the season. Seoul reported a..."
Cutting off Ryujin's focus on her phone. Yuna enthusiastically continued. "--Oh, cmon! Everybody knows how you engulf with flames by just staring at each other... Flames of love, maybe?" teasingly stated, Ryujin stopped from her tracks to looked at her friend. "Now, I'm pretty sure that I don't know what you're talking about" shaking her head from Yuna's silliness, Yuna was able to see a small smile from Ryujin's face.
"Did you just smile?!" Yuna's round eyes getting wider from a possible hint she's getting, Ryujin find it cute as always.
"Go to your class, Shin Yuna. See you after your floorball practice" and with that, the ice-cold princess escaped smoothly. Waving her hand with her back facing the younger girl as she turns right, vanishing from Yuna's sight. It was a normal day for them, not knowing what lies ahead.
Lia on the other hand, entered her class walking straight to her friends upon seeing them. Realizing the bitch princess' presence, Yeji one of her closest friends and seatmate, turned to her while leaning her chin on her palm. The moment Lia sat on her spot, she looked straight to her seatmate's cat-like eyes, anticipating her words but the latter remained silent.
"What?" smiling on her friend's action, Lia asked. "I've been meaning to ask this. Why do you always tend to get on our president's nerves?" being curious, Yeji bluntly asked. "And when did I do that?" acting innocent, the bitch princess questioned back. Yeji can't believe what's she's seeing resulting to a scoff. "so, what do you call that? That staring game as if you're clashing that HAPPENS ALMOST EVERYDAY?". Knowing that her friend won't let her off the hook, Lia let out a small giggle along her eye smile upon digesting the question. "I don't know. Let's just say we end up at the same place at the same time? and I just happened to get speechless looking at her all the time" Monotonously, Lia explained, giving a force smile to the other end. "For a moment I thought that was a confession" shrugging her friend's words, Yeji decided to get ready for class.
The ringing of the school bell marks the end of class and Ryujin as usual, decided to go to the student council office to finish some errands for the school. Few students scattered around the school as they make way to their respective clubs and others exiting the school premises.
The student council president admires the peace she gets when classes ends. Calmness consumes her by seeing how the people slowly empty the hallways and the school grounds. She finds ease and appreciates silence surrounding her as she strides towards the student council office. But her relief was cut by a familiar figure standing at the end of the garden hallway connecting to Ryujin's destination.
"Choi Lia"
Due to the sudden appearance, Ryujin unconsciously whispered to herself the name of the person on the other end of the hallway. For a moment, surprised can be seen on Lia's face but the latter pulled it off to a poker face and decided to continue walking towards the student council president's spot.
Finally, stopping a meter away from the student council president. Again, another staring game began, with the student president trying to figure why this very thing always occur whenever they cross paths. It was always a question to her why this so-called bicth princess never let a chance slide of doing this. Of course, Ryujin tried asking but this girl always ended up resulting to the word 'nothing' but for the first time today, Ryujin noticed that there was uneasiness on the other's eyes, sweat visible from her temples and that gulp indication from her neck.
With those details, Ryujin wondered, "Are you oka--"
"--Can we talk?" and in a hush, Lia cut the student president's words. But her words were not like the usual stern and uncaring tone. This time, Ryujin took notice of how Choi Lia's words were mixed of shyness and plead? She wasn't sure if the latter was the right term to use.
"Sure"..
Upon deciding on taking the conversation to the student council office, Ryujin gestured for Lia to take a seat as she takes hers, but the latter was unresponsive and just stood there, wearing her serious face.
Taking that as a no. The Student president continued. "So, what is it that you want to talk about?" patiently waiting the girl in front of her to respond, Ryujin crossed her arms but the latter gave silence as an answer.
Lia was evidently nervous from some reason. Biting her lower lip as she looks away then back to the president. 'what the heck is wrong with this girl?' playing that in her head, Ryujin tried not to lose her brain cells. She stood from her seat and walked towards Lia.
"Look, I don't what to waste tim---"

The sudden cut of electricity made her stop.
