The morning was crisp and clear, and the sun was just rising over the top of the maze walls when you stepped outside your private room into the Glade. You saw the doors opening and your boyfriend Thomas running into the maze.
The day turned out to be really hot and humid and as the time neared the end of the day, you started to get worried about Thomas.
"Thomas!" you called into the maze opening, frantically searching for any signs of life, then the familiar whoosh of air travelled through the opening of the maze just as the doors came to life.
"THOMAS!" You screamed, tears falling down your face, the doors were nearly closed when Alby came up behind you and gently pulled you away, back to the homestead.
That night, you lay in bed, thinking of Thomas and all of the memories you shared,
---FLASHBACK---
"I'm gonna get you!" Thomas said, chasing you around the Glade, "Never!" you said giggling and running into the deadheads.
You ran around the back of the Homestead and hid behind a tree, you heard Thomas making his way towards you so you looked around the left of the tree you couldn't see him, then you turned back around and he was there at the right side, "Ahhh!" you screamed playfully as Thomas tickled you.
You rolled around the floor in fits of laughter as you tried to 'get away'.
---END OF FLASHBACK---
You woke up the next morning sobbing into your pillow, then there was a knock on the door, "Y/N? Are you awake?" someone asked,
"Yeah" you sniffed as you walked to the door,
"There's something at the door for you", Minho said as you opened the door to your shack, "Okay, I'll be there in a minute" you said putting on your boots.
You walked towards the door, not noticing the beauty of the day as you were shrouded in grief.
You looked up when you got to the door,
"Thomas? Omigosh Thomas it's really you!" you rushed towards your tired, yet alive boyfriend and gave him a massive hug,
"Oh Y/N, I didn't think I'd see you ever again" he said into your shoulder when you got back to your private hut,
"I missed you so much, baby" he said,
"I'm the happiest I've ever been" you said, passionately pressing your lips to his.
