THE AOTAKE RESIDENTS HAD FINALLY RETURNED TO THEIR ORIGINAL HABITAT, BACK AT THE AOTAKE. All of them had already prepared to participate in the next track meet, hoping the members who haven't got an official record to finally achieve one. Yukari and Hana watched from afar as the boys gathered in a circle.
As the referee shot the empty gun towards the air, Hana and Yukari watched as they started to run in their first track meet after the summer training camp.
"It's quite easy to spot them, don't you think?" Yukari questioned the younger girl beside her. "Most of them have become more tanned."
"In exception for Yuki-san, Musa-san, and Ouji-san." Hana giggled at Yukari's statement, nodding in agreement. "Kurahara-san is the one who stands out the most."
Hana was surprised to see how much Yukari tensed up after saying Kakeru's name. Did something happen between them that she didn't know about?
"Yukari-san? What's wrong?" Hana questioned worriedly. "Did something happen?"
"Nothing much," Yukari replied, sending her a fake smile. Hana noticed this but decided not to question her further.

"好き だよ ( Suki da yo ; I like you)," Yukari confessed as the fireworks loudly exploded in the air.
There was a moment of silence between the two. Yukari could hear her heart beating out of her chest rapidly. She started to bite her lip, worried about what Kakeru would think of her. Maybe he didn't exactly like her in 'that' way? Or maybe he only thought of her as a friend. The tension in the air grew thick as Kakeru remained silent.

"YES!" Hana shouted, snapping Yukari out of her thoughts. Hana then grabbed Yukari's hands and started jumping up and down happily. The crowd around her started to look at them weirdly as she did so.
"W-what happened?" Yukari questioned.
"King-san and Nico-san did it!" Hana squealed, tackling Yukari into a hug.
"OH MY GOD? THEY DID?!"
"Ouji-san didn't quite make it yet, though." Hana frowned as she let off the hug, the two of them watched as Prince finally crossed the line with the time of 17:52.
"He's getting there." Yukari smiled proudly at the exhausted male. He improved so much since the Training Camp. Hopefully, he can achieve the official record at the next track meet.
