The rest of the school day was a drag, but its was ok bc I had in mind of tonight. I know that my family and friends are planning something. I can feel it.

Theater was great..... me and Reagan went through are kissing scene again, and it was just as great as before till the teacher got on us for not being PG. let's just say we almost got sent to the Principal.

The play is going to be in 3 months, at the beginning of June. It's far away, but to close for Mrs Thompson. I'm excited but nervous. Ya get what I mean?

As me and Reagan are walking towards are lockers, I catch out of the corner of my eye..... Kyle. Ugh, seriously. I don't even want to think of him. Every time I see him, old feelings rush back, and anger and hurt. But no, I need to put that in the past and forget and brush him off. I have a boyfriend now and great friends and family. But why is it so hard?

As we both kept approaching, feeling kept coming and I must've had this look cause Reagan had a worried expression.

"Hey you ok?"
"Yea... just great."
Reagan looked in my direction and caught Kyle with a stink eye.

And then Kyle did something I wouldn't have thought.

"Happy birthday........." Kyle said as he stopped in our tracks.

"T-thanks..." I stuttered out. Then I grabbed Reagan by the arm and dragged him away.

"I could've beat him up if you wanted me to."
"No it's fine. He's just a jerk."
"What's with him?"
And so I told him everything that happened.
"Let me know if that guy gives you trouble. I can give him a piece of my-"
"Ok! Ok! I get it. Your Mr Protective, but I'm great full."
And we ended that with a kiss. We got stares, but who cares. But as I turned back I regretted it. Kyle gave me a cold, chilling spine look.

Take that Kyle. Don't feel nice huh?

Reagan left me with the excuse of "got to go help his mom". We can all see that's a lie.

Leo POV
I approached Grace and she had a face of knowing something was up. I think she might have a clue, after all she seems to figure out that we are doing something for her every year. But this year I was smart. We're gonna trick her into thinking we did nothing, but we're gonna set up in the back yard. I'm a genius.

"Whatcha thinking about?"
"Oh.....nothing...... just maybe y'all are doing something tonight for me?"
"What makes you think we would do something for a small thing like you?" I said knowing this will get to her.
"Excuse me, but for your information sir, I am not short! I'm the same height almost taller than you. So hah!" She said with a grin splashed all over my face.
"And you do something every year. I have a feeling."
"If you say so..." I said with a shrug.

"Sooo, since it's your birthday, I figured that I would treat you and we could hangout, instead of being cooped up at home."
"Mhmm. And there isn't any reason why I shouldn't stay home?"
"Why are you soo stubborn? Can't you just go with the flow?"
"Fine. But you don't have to treat me. I'm not a princess."
"Even though you do act like one sometimes." I said under my breath hoping she didn't hear, but she did.
"I heard that!" She said with a shove.
"I was kidding! Kidding!"
"So what are we gonna do?"
"You'll see."
"Ugh! Bruh!"

And so we started walking. I had setted up a nice little treat for Grace. Nothing to spoil are appetites or anything but it will be nice..... I hope.

Grace POV
Why does he do this? I'm not a patient type person. I try but my curiosity triggers every time.

What are we doing? Where are we going?
