Batsy.

To me, he's the funniest hero to watch. He over-watches Gotham like it's worth something. C'mon Bats, it's just a city that doesn't deserve crime-fighting. A city that's going to continue to go breaking the law. Well I was a handful when I was with J, Batsy always had anger in his blood when it came to me and Puddin'.

One time, Puddin' and I were robbing a bank and I was pointing a gun to all the staff while J was collecting the cash with his goons. Suddenly, I heard a whoosh and got knocked out. I awoke in Arkham with a grin but to find Batsy outside the room with a staff member. You'd think an old psychiatrist would lose an additional amount of her mind in a place alike it.

Anyhow, I was walking downtown late in the night one night, I was getting ready to go to Sal's diner. My golden platforms were click clacking across the pavement until I heard a sudden familiar whoosh noise in a near alleyway. My mind immediately thought Does he think I'm going to rob some place tonight? I walked into the alleyway with my arms crossed, not because I was mad, but because there was a cold chilly wind blowing throughout that area.

"Batsy, is that you?" I called out.

"Harleen, why are you here?" He asked in his deep grumpily voice.

"I heard you in the alleyway-"

"I mean what are you doing in this area of Gotham? Why aren't you with Joker?"

"You didn't hear, did you?"

"What?"

"J and I broke up three months ago." I gasped out, then I felt a drip of a cold liquid drop on my forehead. Rain, of course, ugh.

"Oh, I-I didn't know." Batsy said, something's up and I know it.

"You okay, Bats?"

"I'm quitting."

"Quitting what?"

"Being a superhero."

"Why?" I shouted out, "You're- You're Batman, the Batman, you can't quit."

"I have nothing in Gotham to save anymore. You haven't realized this, but I've been doing this for years and it's tiresome."

I placed my hands on my hips, the rain's pouring and I'm soaked. "I can't believe you."

"Why?"

"What do you mean 'Why?' , Bats?!" I growled, "J is one thing, but without a vigilante, Gotham is screwed."

"I'm better off without saving this city." And as soon as he finished that sentence, he was gone.

I decided to walk home from there, there was no point in going to Sal's Diner. As I unlocked my door, I only thought about what I would do without both J and Bats. But all I knew was that I wasn't going to tell anyone about Batman's quitting.
