2P! Finland is a fan interpretation of the Hetaliaa webcomic/anime character of "another color". His appearance and personality, however, are not very defined within the fandom and there for is very undeveloped.
His human name varies, from either his counterpart's human name to Thurston Vainamoinen.

Because of his lack of development, 2P! Finland does not have any "official" appearance.
He is physically similar to his counterpart. His hair varies from blond to brown, and his eyes vary from brown to blue to black. Because of his underdevelopment, it is unknown what 2P! Finland would wear.
Personality:
2P! Finland does not have a defined personality, but many of his interpretations depict him as being out going, harsh, and serious while having a playful, though pessimistic, nature.
He is often considered the Nordic with a harder life and past.
Interests:
Unlike his counterpart, he enjoys the pain and sorrow of other people. He also loves crushing the hopes and dreams of children about mythical beings.
Even though he loves crushing children dreams he still cares about Sealand, even if Sealand wants nothing to do with him.
